    Seriously, I'm starting to consider a specific individual in the staff should be talked to over recent events/situations which give terrible impressions on said person. I am concerned, even.

      Being part of the staff does not make you superior. You become inferior, in a figure of speech, because you are now part of the supports for the playerbase. You are doing a service, not enjoying a reward. Again, you are doing the community a favor, and are a figure of authority and, even though you shouldn't demand it, you deserve respect. However, no one is superior nor inferior, above or below anyone.
