An elf, an orc and a dwarf are accused of necromancy, the punishment being struck with hammers until every bone of the accused's body were broken. My opinion is that it'd be a shame to let such a large map go to waste. My suggestion would be to make horses a bit more common. Not that every joe would have one, but for a certain price maybe you could lease a horse for a certain amount of time? Pay a 100 minas to have a horse for a day or something? It'd cut travel time down between cities and it'd give a reason for filling up portions of the road with buildings. Rest stops, farms, etc.
