Is that even a question..?! Of course you should make a dwarf! Stop wandering as an elf and shink in hight to midget level!

Dwarves are for those who like layed back rp and enjoy pvp. We are an accepting, and not too serious community. It is a big change from elven rp. If you want to make a dwarf make a temp char and spend one week with him getting involved in dwarven things. Join a clan, a guild, get a house, and pvp as much as possible. After your trial period i guess it'd be up to you if you want to stay a dwarf.

I don't mind PvP, only time I dislike it when I'm trying to roleplay. I am not great at PvP, I'm also not terrible. Also what clan should I join?
