Often as I walk down the streets of Oren I think to myself. Am I the only one who isn't a villain here? There is something to be said with moderation, hopefully when the Admins reveal there super secret plans for the VAT and VA's moderation will play a factor. I have no problem with everyone wanting to "Test" out a villain, and try playing a character that is widely different than what they are used too. But at the point where it is more satisfying accumulating minas and items through Villainy than Good hearten RP. We have a problem. Each action you take rather it be with Villainous intention or Heroic should take into consideration the others around you. If you keep this in mind You'll not only be a good villain, but a good character, and possibly even wind up a good person.

It seems to be a common misunderstanding the difference between "Learning a magic" and "Using a magic" While what you have learned is more difficult to forget. You can lose the ability to use it over time. Just as if a pro sports alethet stopped training and preforming their sport. While it may never fully fade, and could easily be recovered with effort and practice again, it is possible to lose ability. There are exceptions, always exceptions. Such as Necromancer like abilities that require you to use them to stay alive, or Patron granted benefits. Although anyone that goes a long time without following their patron and preforming on their behalf may find other consequences.

Recently I have been asked to look into the issue of Cybering. Specifically allowing those once banned to be returned. It is a tricky and very thin ice of issues. On one hand considered one of the most damaging aspects of RP anyone can enter into, and on another a slippery slope easily befallen. While I know many an elder player to have tried and dabbled with it. "In outside the game mediums" One false step ingame can end you in "Perma-Ban" Zone. But does the punishment befit...

I feel the mixed results myself. Having two young children gives me a little perspective when dealing with punishments. I would be upset if my children were exposed to some of the 'mature' content which can end you up banned such as this. However I also understand that we often have a young player base which likes to experiment as they are going through this time in their lives. I lean more toward the "Ban them, and keep them banned" Or else you risk exposing more innocent li...

Although you may not have broken any rules, please try to provide better RP theivery in the future. "Give me all your money" Is very poor and shows little skill to which I am sure you can do better. Just some friendly advice to save you trouble.

What your experiencing is one of the layers of Aura that manifests as a semi-physical byproduct of mana overproduction. As Elindor has pointed out the existence of Aura is used in several different forms of magic already. This doesn't mean you can not use the term to describe your magic, so long as it follows the general rules of the others as to not create a paradox. There are a few IC experts on aura if you have the patience to find them it might help you describe your own abilities.

Ya, I'm the one that reported that problem when I found out. I was talking to Jistuma about it. And he suggested something like Cheese. A bucket goes in, but something that doesn't require a bucket comes out. Maybe a named coco bean. However you can't eat a raw cocoa bean...so that presents other problems. Perhaps the cocoa bean "Chocolate milk" can be added to the Brewing plugin, and then we can serve it via glasses. WhatEVER the outcome, I am sure you'll figure it out.

Agreed, but true none the less. Who would have thought, If players want a more Aegis like environment rollback the rules to an Aegis setting. Cautionary note: We have the rules we do now for good reasons though, none of them were added without thought. We'll see how much we have grown and learned over the past few years. As a side effect, less pressure for your Magic Plugin now. Since Mages everywhere will have all sorts of fun things to play with...and maybe people will stop bugging me f...
