    why cant the horse plugin just unsummon and resummon a horse at will by storing all the data about it but despawning it from the server?

      Consider a matrix that categorizes all the aspects of a given horse in each given entry of said matrix with one extra column that categorizes whether it is dead, alive, or "stored". This stored state means that the horse does not exist in Minecraft, but merely as an entry in a matrix, and can be summoned from anywhere in the map due to it just being data at that point.
