      I mean, going by simple logic, if tythus ltd was a nonprofit, it would be a nonprofit for the sake of tex exemption or else being a nonprofit would be pointless, as at that point there would only be disadvantages to it. A nonprofit is (obviously) not profitable to run, and a minecraft server is generally run for profit. If lotc was a nonprofit it would likely try to be tax exempt (such as by being a 501(c)(3) or something similar) so it would be able to funnel more money into bettering lotc.
