Been thinking of this myself. You know the whole void area of the 4.0 map? Build a prison hanging off the edge. Inmate revolt? Jettison that cell block into oblivion.
Yeah, I like both City's idea and Sam's, but with having a prison over the void, it would take away any chance for the inmates being able to actually take over the prison that would make for pretty interesting RP for the prisoners, and anyone that tries to take the prison back.
Maybe set up some type of 'AIRSHIP'? Though affected with the void? Make it so, that if the prisoners manage to revolt to the point of reaching that outer block (where a 'dock' would be), they'd be able to pilot it through whatever means back to land.
