  1. In the late night of the capital at Tempum, long before even the engineers and builders are up for their early construction efforts, the Palace shows a flicker of light in one of its windows. As dusk approaches, the lights dwindles out, and soon after a number of couriers are sent out, all running at a brisk pace and with a message to convey. They bear the Seal of the Imperium Tertius, and deliver the message to every Noble House across the Empire: _______________________________________________ By the grace and request of His Imperial Majesty, Robert Primus Aeldinicus Chivay, all the Noble Houses of the Imperium Tertius are hereby called to the capital of Tempum for a meeting between the Emperor and his Nobility to decide upon the many matters of state that must be addressed forthwith. The Emperor encourages all House Lords to present themselves at the capital’s Imperial Palace, and help decide upon the matters of War, Peace, and Governance that will define this new Empire. Ave Chivay Ave Imperia _______________________________________________ [[Reply to this post stating your arrival and on whose House you represent. When a sufficient amount of Houses have arrived we’ll begin the discussion. If you have not reaffirmed your oath to the Imperium Tertius, you will not be admitted entry. Retarded posts will be removed, and people that are not allowed access into the palace will also have their posts removed. ]]

  3. The foothills were rocky and barren. They had passed by an attempt at life, but only saw the decaying dirt of what looked to be a small farm. The soil was rough and not particularly favorable, and this was only the outskirts of the mountains. The small company looked up and ahead, looking over the snowy peaks of the mountains known to them as the Altines. They had travelled at a reasonably slow pace, frequently consulting their primitive map, finding their way through landmarks alone. Some spoke with a great sense of relief when they heard the Imperium was sending cartographers to officially chart and map out the new province. The company finally reached the encampment at about midday, a journey that took far longer than originally planned – with the confusing nature of the mountains, the company more often found themselves going in circles. But even though this stumbling path in which the company took annoyed the already tired soldiers, they had been exposed to the real landscape – and the real people – of the Altines. They discovered a sanctuary of tranquility amongst the cold of the mountains, whose people were generous and friendly; they found an abandoned house, destroyed by a fire and the fields sowed with salt; and finally, they found what would look to be an encampment of men – men that these soldiers had not seen before. Weary to open a correspondence, the soldiers avoided the encampment, choosing to report this native encounter with their superiors back at Fort Petrus. Upon their arrival back, they described the natives as tall and strong in build, with great round shields and axes, and they were certainly a new sight to these Imperial men. Word is relayed up to the governor, Edwan Sparrow, and then back to the Emperor himself, who had expressed interest in the natives of the mountains. The Imperium Tertius was not the only formidable force within these mountains, and it interested the Emperor greatly to wonder how this new native tribe has been surviving. A rumor spreads that the Emperor will visit the province of Cisaltine Gaekrin once again to discover these natives with his own eyes.

Health: Healthy Personality: Robert has a particularly fiery personality, with a temper easily revealed. Despite this, though, Robert has a deep feeling of compassion that is reflected extraordinarily onto the few people he truly cares for. His age, as it is beginning to catch up to him has helped to lessen his outbursts and refined him into a more confident and collected statesman. Life Style Alignment: Neutral Evil Deity: The Creator Religion: The Church of the Reformed Communion Alliance/Nation/Home: The Imperium Tertius Job/Class: Imperial Royalty Title(s): His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor Profession(s): Soldier, Statesman, Governor, Prefect, and Legate. Special Skill(s): Robert, as a child, had trained with the Marked Men, who were professional monster hunters under the service of the Kingdom of Kaedrin. His training had taught him a great deal about single combat, especially when dealing with otherworldly beings or anything considered a monster. Flaw(s): Robert has a temper much like his father, and retains resentment over most nonhumans, believing in the superiority of the human race and a firm supporter of the theory that humans are the chosen race guided by the light of the Creator himself. Although less radical than his father before him, Robert is as much a true Chivay as any, and his stubbornness often makes him an unyielding opponent, both on the field or off. Weaponry Fighting Style: Aggressive Trained Weapon: Bastard Sword, Longsword, Crossbow/Arbalest, Silver Sword Favored Weapon: Bastard Sword Archery: Crossbow/Arbalest Biography Parents: Thomas Chivay and Lynesse Hightower. 7. A dual message is posted all around the new land of Thales, detailing the most recent announcements of the Imperium Tertius. ______________________________________ The Imperial Capital of Tempum – in honor of the late Temp Thersist, a true Kaedreni and a loyal Imperial – has been well underway with construction and has seen a great deal of progress in only a few days. Located north of the expansive forest of Ardun, the city was founded on a fertile plain near the newly named rivers of Rubia and Rhonia. The city will house the Imperial court and be comprised of several districts to suit the needs of its citizens and the people of the Empire. Furthermore, construction of the Nicodemian Forum has neared its completion, along with several other buildings and districts including: The Ferrier Trading Post The Gilahadin Military District The Oftsea Commoner District Ave Chivay Ave Imperia ______________________________________ The frontier province of Cisaltine Gaekrin, located in the Altine Mountains, has been established to keep our frontier border safe from the native tribes of the mountains. Its newly appointed governor, Edwan Sparrow, has been charged with dealing with the native population and maintaining amicable relations with our allies in and around the province. Cartographers have been sent to the province to map out its surroundings and create a proper border for the Empire to conduct its affairs. Likewise, the rest of the territories of the Imperium Tertius are being drawn up and detailed out, and a new edition of the Imperial Realm will be distributed once it is complete. Ave Chivay Ave Imperia ______________________________________ [[This post will be updated with coordinates and further information as we progress through the temp map of Thales. A map of the Imperial territory is also in the works (as stated above) and will be released (hopefully) within the week.

  9. A letter is sent to one of the academy's teachers, binded with the seal of the Imperium Tertius: ___________________________________ His Imperial Majesty, Robert Primus Aeldinicus Chivay, has expressed an interest in a private tutor to be commissioned from the Academy to instruct his children on the prospects of monsters and monster hunting. Should the professor be interested, reply within the Saint's Week. ___________________________________ [[PM me instead of replying here, please.
  10. dont get sassy with me i meant for it to be official for oren and if youd be cool with that
  11. Would you be #cool with it if we potentially used this thread as a helping guide for Oren come 4.0? I'm sure Senda would love to help use this as a model for our plans. You'll get some like sick credit too of course.
  12. True And true. The establishment of the Crimson–Silver Concordat between the then Kingdom of Kaedrin and the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or was the first agreement between the two nations, and it has been unbroken since its original signing.
  13. The results are in, and here are the players that will be granted the children of the now Emperor: Man5791 – Declan Sparrow – 22 Zebanamana – Edwan Sparrow – 20 (Has a limp in his left leg after a jousting accident) Snoop – Jerrett Sparrow – 23 Ford – Valid Sparrow – 19 Both Declan and Edwan were once legitimized, but the recent events involving the nullifcation of the marriage between the posthumous Vittoria Horen and Robert has revoked their legitimacy. But that does not mean that, if they prove themselves, they can't find themselves legimitized once again, as their sister Emma was. Jerret and Valid are both bastards born out of any wedlock and are the result of several brothel runs made by the young Robert. Their mothers are unknown courtesans and prostitutes. There are still TWO more children that are expected to come into the Chivay family by means of the new Empress, and I will open up applications once again when the children are born. So don't cry yet, kiddos. If any candidate would like to decline the offer of the character, feel free to. You're not obligated. Here's a specified FamilyEcho link to Robert's direct line for a better understanding: http://familyecho.com/?p=XQ1SD&c=175i8ue4gk9&f=424274253516778653

  19. The chamber was silent for a long while. They had escorted his body to his room and several servants and a physician had tried to attend to him. Robert dismissed them all, and stood there at the foot of the bed. He stared down at the covers, lavishly decorated with furs and Kharajyr pelts, and reminisced about his Uncle's fondness of hunting all sorts of creatures – from an unsuspecting deer to even the beasts only classified as monsters. It was indeed the Chivay way to throw yourself into a fight, and Peter was always the first to exemplify it. Even in his age, where a full head of white replaced his otherwise dirty-blonde hair, the late Emperor took to the sport of hunting, and truly enjoyed his time living. He was a great and proud man, and one that had gave his blood and sweat to the continuance of what he would claim as the greatest time in Human History since the days of Owyn the First. He knew he could not finish this task alone, though, and so he had counseled and guided his nephew in the manners of State and Warfare. From the early years in Aeldin, where Peter was only a King, they fought together against countless enemies; from the management of the Empire of Horos following the Exodus, they ran a kingdom together; from the shores of Anthos and the passage to the Fringe, they staked their family's claim together; and finally, with the Third Empire finally established, they goverened together – an Augustus and a Caesar, they were, with the many delegates of the Imperium working tirelessly with them. Robert approached the bed and reached over towards the endtable. Picking up the archaic axe, he places it onto his Uncle's chest, curling his slowly cooling fingers around the pommel and handle. Sparrow's Beak would rest with the Emperor, for now and forever. The Chivay dynasty had lost a true bear of a man, and the successor would have a big void to fill. Robert exits the chambers after a long period of silent reflection and nods to the now bowing Caerngard and attendants nearby. The several hails of "Emperor!" and "Sire!" now echo and ring in his head as he plods past them all, developing the first of what his Uncle would call the "Sovereign's Headache". They would all look to him now, and expect his judgement. Robert was no longer a Prince, and in some ways he was struck melancholy by it. [[bye oh wait no not bye i know you irl hahahahah we hang out all the time wtf lol thats pretty funny xD –sent from gameboy color]]
