I wasn't aware of the ideas of nagas had been brought up in the past, instead of putting it rather rudely as you did, you should explain it with a softer tone. Besides, I don't think its so wrong of me to ask for feedback on my take on nagas.

Hello, I come to you today to present my new Idea for a race, now I ask that it not be accepted or denied swiftly, I want to present the idea and get some feedback and such on it. I also ask that it not be considered a super serious idea yet, because it's not. It's just something I thought could be implemented, and could be pretty fetching cool. I've laid most of the basics out and will not go too in depth until I have more opinions and input, so here's my idea: A Naga race, yes, the half human half snake race. It sounds cliche and right out of World of Warcraft, but I tell you it's not. There is little to none information borrowed from the World of Warcraft Naga.
