  1. All hail fiend, the singing champion!

    1. ~ Fiend ~

      ~ Fiend ~

what is this with the profile comments hi also thank you

  2. Aislinn groans in frustration. Not again.. will people ever learn?
  3. Aislinn stumbles along the path, seeing an unoathed White Rose handing out notes. He squints, frowning as he takes one and reads it. He looks up, asking politely... What will it take for her safe return?
  4. Aislinn approaches Kiki, a look of disdain on his face. I don't recommend you bring anyone to the 'human city'. The Valah tend to be the most shortsighted, violent, and least understanding of the races. If you cannot talk about something freely in Malinor, you likely will not be able to discuss such a thing elsewhere.
  5. Aislinn sits in his bed, sighing. Two empty bottles sit next to him, and he's already working on a third. He grits his teeth, reflecting on the past few days. She wasn't supposed to die, that was never supposed to happen! How could it happen? Isabella was kind to everyone, and most people showed her kindness in return. He only saw her get hurt a few times, but even then he could hardly control himself. She didn't deserve this. It was.. Laila... Aislinn takes another drink, shuddering as he thinks of her. Laila did this. He should have stayed away when he had the chance. He recalls the first time they met. For some reason she was compelled to drag him to the Sentinel barracks, to the jail, as he was bleeding to death. Maybe he should have died, then this would have never happened. The torture was mild and endurable, but they shouldn't have met afterwards. Again and again, he kept returning. To prove himself, to accept her challenge that she gave to him in that jail cell. And the playing. All the playing, all the fun they had together. Aislinn could handle himself getting tortured, getting killed. Aenor too, at least the two men could defend themselves. But Isabella, she didn't deserve it. And it's all about who deserves what. That's what Markin said. He remembers - Markin had the man strapped to a table. It was a White Rose, but neither of them knew who he was. His shirt was off, and Markin had drawn lines on the man's chest with charcoal. "Cut the lines, hold it steady!", he had commanded. Aislinn didn't know what to do.. he couldn't disobey Markin, his father. The only man who ever showed him kindness. He gritted his teeth, sinking the blade into the man's flesh. "He deserved it." Markin's words consoled him as he began his work on Laila. She deserved it, every bit of it. How many times had she killed him? Killed Aenor? She even killed Isabella! All the innocent lives she had taken were for nothing, and Aislinn had to teach her that. The physical torture didn't work well. How could it, since Laila enjoyed the pain? Psychological torture.. that is what he needed to do. What Markin told him - "Keep them isolated.. alone.. and in the dark, and their minds will take care of the rest." And that is what he did. Aislinn finishes the third bottle, his head reeling. His thoughts quickly begin to drift, and he feels that he will pass out soon. Only one thought remained as he slowly drifted to sleep. What if he was ineffective? What if Laila didn't get the message. You don't hurt innocents, and you don't get near Isabella. His final thoughts are of what he will do next, and he passes out, the bottle rolling out of his hand onto the floor.
  6. Aislinn writes down the name "Knox" as well, figuring it to be a wise decision.
  7. Aislinn listens intently to Eria's statement, and he breathes a sigh of relief. He walks up to her, bowing his head a little in respect as he talks quietly. Thank you for your words, they are true and honest. I apologize on the behalf of the short sighted Malii who have created this useless and empty slander. I hope there are more brave Mali like you who will stand up for what is right, and set aside the violent tendencies that seems to have plagued so many in recent times.
  8. 4/10. I like the picture when it is large, but I don't think it translates well to avatar size.
  9. Aislinn receives the letter, his face quickly turning pale and drawn out. He frowns, biting his tongue as he goes to write a response. Words cannot express the grief and sorrow I have for your loss. I wish there was something more I can do, but as of now I can merely offer you my words. It may seem hard, but I can only hope that you will recover from your loss. Never forget that you have many friends that will stand by you and help you through the tough times ahead. My deepest apologies. ~Aislinn
  10. Aislinn walks up, examining the poster very closely. He sighs, reading it and walking off. Wishful thinking..
  11. Aislinn hears the army and watches them from afar, grumbling to himself. Resorting to violence, brandishing of arms and strength even. How barbaric. I suppose this is what the Mali nation has come to, people preferring to speak with weapons instead of works. Disgusting. He sighs, leaning back in his perched tree position as he continues to listen.
  12. Aislinn watches with sadness, letting out a sigh. He mumbles out, speaking to himself. Leaving us when we need them most..
  13. Aislinn walks up, eyeing the corpse for a moment. It doesn't take him long to piece things together, but he simply shrugs, crossing his arms. He sits in the bakery, watching the scene, eagerly waiting for others to show up. He thinks out loud. Let's see if the foolish Valah can figure this 'mystery' out.
  14. Why is the Malin only obtainable through working for Malinor?
  15. Around Malinor, a flier is posted on various boards and walls, all with the same writing. It reads: If you are looking for an alternate means of employment, a permanent job or simply a side task to earn a few extra Malins, those at the Malinor General Store need you! We are looking for competent and level-headed Malinor citizens to assist in running the shop. Additionally, we require goods to sell in the store. We offer private contracts to those who have items to contribute. In exchange for a fixed number of goods, we will pay a fixed number of Malins. If you wish to inquire more, contact Prince Oceas or Aislinn Aronokath, or post a note on the store wall. If you are unaware, the store is located by the main entrance, across from the Malinor well.
  16. Aislinn hears the shouting and stops to listen. He cringes, having read about the previous plague and the effects it had on daily life. He then thinks of all the good that would occur in Anthos if many humans were wiped out, and cannot suppress a giggle of joy. The continues walking, smiling to himself.
  17. ((I'm sorry you feel this way, but my character has had enough stacked against him. As if he wasn't in deep garbage already..))
  18. Aislinn walks up and reads the note, ripping it down and bringing it back home, where he tosses it in the fire. He mumbles to himself.. As if torturing, attacking, and perhaps even killing me wasn't enough, this madwoman needs to slander and lie about me as well.
  19. Aislinn walks up. He posts a note. I could do it. -Aislinn
  20. A note is posted, written in elegant black ink. It is stamped with the insignia of the Ministry. This is a foolish venture, to attempt and hand pick what you deem as "the best of the Sentinels". The Truth is that all Sentinels protect us. All of them do their best and work their hardest to keep Malinor safe, and its citizens protected. Your intentions may be noble, but all this "list" does is further dissent, frustration, and anger among Malinor, especially the Sentinels themselves. The Ministry strongly suggests you take it down; a list is not needed, for we all recognize the bravery and skill of the Sentinels as a whole. Just as we draw strength from each other, so do the Sentinels.
  21. Another story is posted around Malinor and on the message board. The title is as follows: The Face of Evil Today, a Mali'aheral by the name of "Relgard Sintel" was apprehended by the Sentinels. All under orders of the Council, two Sentinels - Gladewatcher Lyweneth and Initiate Rhonin, assisted Prince Oceas in capturing the fugitive and preparing him for a trial. The capture was not easy. It began with the troublemaker resisting arrest. The present Sentinels bravely fought to restrain him, and after a lengthy ordeal, succeeded. He was locked in the Council chamber, where his punishments were discussed. When approached once more to be moved elsewhere, he fought back against Gladewatcher Lyweneth. Her superior training and skill allowed her to overpower him, and he was restrained once more. If you are aware of the dissent and hate targeted towards the Mali'aheral, then you may find solace in this fact. Relgard is one Mali'aheral out of many. Rats like him spoil the image of the Mali'aheral as a whole, as well as the entirety of Malinor. You may think that these criminals, these monsters, such as Relgard and Kalenz, act above petty criminals that would be found in less cultured societies such as Malinor. You would be wrong if you assumed such. Relgard did not hesitate to cry, whine, and beg for assistance from any bystander within the entire island. His incessant screams proved useless, as nobody came to the corrupt Elf to aid him. In the end, he was brought to the Mali'aheral district where he will remain in custody until his trial, tomorrow. Additionally, rest easy knowing that his previous safe haven, Oren, has been made off limits to him. Said by Duchess Chrestienne Valois, "Being a traitor to the crown and His Imperial Majesty, Godfrey, the first of hi sname I hereby deem you unalowed in Oren, stripped of all Oren titles, and a prisoner in Oren lands." The Ministry of Information and the Sentinels implore all Malinor citizens - should you see Relgard Sintel outside the Mali'aheral district, or should you see Kalenz at all, report it to the nearest authorities. Finally, you must wonder what the crimes of these two men are - Relgard and Kalenz. What makes them deserve punishment at all? Relgard is a murderer. A torturer, of his own fellow High Elves. He is a liar, a coward, and a disgusting creature. You would find more honor and respect from a Valah's farm pig. As for Kalenz, he is wanted for multiple charges of attempted murder, resisting arrest, and fleeing Justice. Do your duty Malinor. Help us bring this filth to Justice. Don't let your mind be clouded - the Mali'aheral themselves approved of the arrests and trials of these two men, Mali'aheral themselves. All negative judgements against the High Elves stem from these two, and once they have paid for their crimes, Malinor will continue to be the bastion of hope, safety, and unity that it has been for many years.
  22. Sneezing is a capital offense. Shame on you for not knowing, Artimec.
