What would be an example of average male high elven height and weight?

In fire evocation, is it possible for that flame to catch and spread? If so, does this fire begin to act like normal fire and does not extinguish upon loss of focus? And would it put further strain on mana regardless of whether or not it was the arcane flame you originally summoned?

When someone or something is alienating a large part of a community, things need to change, conditions need to be introduced, and compromises must be made. Why do we never want to look at a middle ground, when they are sometimes, even often, very viable solutions? Certainly more viable than those in place at the moment, at the least.
