Do you ever go into any dwarven areas lol? I do peaceful dwarvish roleplay every day with other dwarves. There have even been 3 large festivals with a bunch of dwarf things being done in the past week. O.o

he meant to help in pvp. you think any dwarves actually rp fight? Anyways, I assume that people don't want to play dwarves because the recent wars probably left a bad taste in their mouths. Lot of trolling from our leaders and lords, but I assure you that they've been replaced, and the few that haven't will be.

This might very well get buried, but I feel that it needs to be said. Many of the responses to this thread have been a big circlejerk saying "The community is bad!" or "The server is a big mess!" or "It's all the staff's fault, they need to do better!" Is this not the sheep-like mentality that he was going on about? If you want to make the server a better place, go roleplay. Quit complaining on the forums, stop giving a **** about what other people do, and go roleplay. If you get nothing else from this post, get that. Or problem is not the trolls, our problem is ourselves. Whenever something happens that we are not happy about, instead of just dealing with it and moving on to have a good time, we go up in arms and complain to each other. This is not the way to change, this is the reason why we are a "hot, steaming mess". The only way for ourselves to improve is to improve ourselves, not to count on others to improve themselves for us.

I would quite enjoy this as a culture, but maybe not a subrace. We don't really need anymore subraces, and you saw what happened to the Forest Dwarves. Also, I would really enjoy if sailing was incorporated into their culture, making them a manly sort of sea dwarf. Anyhoo, just make sure that you have the playerbase to support this, and make sure that the dwarves have the playerbase to support another split off before doing this.
