    Are any ET going to be doing naval RP fighting events like with weather or creatures? I have a big warship and I'm not sure what exactly I should do with it.

    I'm not seeing killaura in that video. It could be click aura, but why would click aura be swinging when you're down and when someone gets near you? I think it's a legit bug. It's also impossible to watch most of the video for any more click aura because of the quality.

      Yeah but before he goes down he was running forward towards DP, and DP doesn't get hit. Either this guy knows how to turn his click aura on and off p good (so Idk why he'd get caught like this), he's using some weird kill aura, or it's a bug. It also didn't swing when dp was right next to him and moved on top of him at the beginning, only when he jumped. He was also swinging right after he went down and DP was a few blocks away

      the staff have a plugin that does not allow you to damage when you are down to prevent hackers, but you still swing. what goes on in the video is when dp gets near where the hacker had his aura aimed on, either based on FOV or on proximity to crosshair he beings swinging and stops swinging when dp leaves that sweetspot, only to resume again when he reenters it. its blatant hacks and only those with 0 knowledge on how they work would think it isnt

    Finally done streaming. Thanks to everyone who dropped in! I probably won't stream any more of it for a few days (or longer). I've got school stuff to focus on as it's finals week and I think I'm getting sick. Anyways, thanks again!

    I respect your opinion, but they exist in virtually every fantasy medium in existence and have a logical basis for existing in LotC where someone wishes for utility or mid-long range capability at the cost of some of their strength and finesse. This change, however, completely removes the possibility of this roleplay even having a chance to thrive. The utility and mid-long range capability I touched on may alarm you, but it is important to note that bows and thrown weapons reasonably accomplish this in the same way. So, I would protest that a conceptual mageblade performs similarly to your typical warriors loadout, but it contains stylized advantages due to the swordsmen's magical aptitude. Also, let's not forget that bows are the de facto counter to mages and are thus superior in many ways. Lighter blades, such as the examples given, are functionally useless in a fight. These weapons weren't even sidearms in ancient times. They wouldn't be useful in any defensive way in our world of monsters, heavy armor, and extensive weaponry. The only use the cutting utensils listed would have would be to cut rope, whittle wood, or engage in silly duels with both sides purposefully unarmored. Essentially, the exceptions are useless in a fight.

    I don't like this because I play a character that was built around having a single magic and no more so that they could do, reasonably, everything they did before. This change limits roleplay where the popular concept of spellblades or runeblades is being made completely unfeasible. I understand the reasoning for this amendment of magical degradation, but I also think that the tiers should be bumped up a single notch so that the effects you describe occur, formally, when two and three magics have been mastered rather than one and two. This allows the freedom to roleplay the niche character archetype of magical swordsmen/warriors while still limiting those who are more proper mages.
