Shortly after the meeting Arveldir takes what information is needed from the meeting and creates a few posters, pinning the biggest one to the main notice board in Vivec. As such, each of the three Ordinators shall pick two ‘hands’, acting as a sergeant rank between the base Archon rank and the Ordinators. This rank is to carry out duties and give orders if either the Arbiter or Ordinators are not present, and is to be the bridge of communication between Ordinators and Archons, voicing any concerns there might be. These ranks will be chosen based on the Archon’s ability and readiness to lead and give orders, as well as activity within the order of the Archons. ~~~ Secondly it seems that newer members of the Archons, as well as newer members of the Warhawkes have come to clashing through verbal means. This will stop, and if it is to continue then punishments will be dealt out for insubordination. If any citizen sees an Archon and a Warhawke fighting, it is to be reported to another Archon, to have the information then reported to an Ordinator or the Arbiter himself. ~~~ Many mali’ker are seen standing about, useless and wasting space. If you have nothing to do, and you are able, then get to work. Our nation needs all of the resources it can get, iron, stone, logs, whatever little bit you can do to help. If you need access to the mines there are a list of names that you can ask for a key to begin mining, or simply begin growing and felling trees. Give any resources you might gather to an Ordinator so they can put it away into storage, and we may build more homes and finish construction. ~~~ Our gates remain unmanned for long periods of time, leaving guests standing at the gates for hours, shouting to get in, or simply leaving. This turns away potential traders who might wish to sell us supplies to finish construction, new mali’ker who would help grow our nation in numbers, or foreign diplomats who wish to speak to the Arbiter or an Ordinator. Your character can not begin knowing any type of magic, especially not 'dark arts' which could be considered one of the many few locked magics. Your biography is very cliche, having your character's family and village being destroyed. Please come up with a more original, less overused idea for your biography. Your ambition also ties in with your biography, simply wanting revenge is very cliche. Your strengths are not strengths at all, more so just abilities. Abilities that your character can not have when applying. Being terrified of endermen isn't much of a weakness, it's actually very common, unless it's a phobia.
