There are. But none that measure up to this one in terms of popularity, and purity. Most RP servers have PVP, factions as well and many other aspects :)

Actually most tend to be so strict they choke out all chance of dynamic roleplay.

There are a lot of sucky ones that are actually RP servers, a shitton that misuse the server lists and call themselves RP, and then a few of them that actually work but are too underpopulated. I play on two currently, including LoTC
