      A Shaman can interact with the world's wind and elements

      ^Shaman's interact with the spirits while mages interact with the void. But, yes, a shaman can interact with the natural world.

      It doesnt require one, thats part ofthe beauty of it. It's all in the craftingtable for now, but there are no recipes.

      What you have to do is keep you rhorse moveing if you're on it. Staying in one spot will make you crash while you're on a horse for too long.
