Looking back at your question I'm not sure I answered it properly. To get a settlement you can aspire for nationhood through will require either getting a land charter in an unowned tile or getting land in a tile the orcs own outside of their primary capital tile.

Offering a 250x250 settlement was an oversight on Ever's part since you can make any size of region in a tile you own. If you want an expansion just ask the orcs and if the PRO gives you consent then you can make it well, as big as they will let it be. The point of the nation charter is to give people tile ownership so that they can give out land to vassals or people under them.

So a couple of the charter team took another gander earlier today and we've decided to stand by the same response we gave you earlier. That being since your main settlement is right outside the Orc Capital and is the one you're trying to go to nationhood with we're going to deny it. However, separate from the Orcs and get a settlement at least outside of the capital and we can reconsider. The issue is that you won't be gaining anything outside of a subforum, although the current Kha subforum is basically already one for your nation and you can even get the Orcs to set one up for you guys in their subforum as you are vassals of them. If you wish to expand then you can do so through the Orc as well. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask!

You can already make your plot as big as the orcs will let you since they own the tile and can make any amount of regions of any size on it. Also I do believe the regular Kharajyr roleplay subforum could get the job done simply because your group will be the only ones posting on it. Once you look to expand outside the orcs and acquire land outside of at least the capital we can take a look at the nation application once again, but for now you will not be getting any of the benefits and you don't need nation status to accomplish your goals.

I also believe that you have to talk to a wiki team member to get a link to your page on the front page so you can knock out two birds with one stone.

You guys are under an activity trial right now and so you aren't a full nation just yet, however I am quite certain that you will be able to post it as long as you check in with a wiki team member first as they know more than I do.

Send that question in the direction of a wiki team member, I'm not all too sure what can and can't be posted.

That and it would create conflict in terms of who owns the tile you currently reside on. Due to the fact that you live inside the Orc Capital the Orcs own the tile and part of becoming a nation is that you purchase the tile you're on. So if you were to become a nation when within the Orc's tile then who owns the tile? If not you then you're still under the Orcs and a nation application is not needed. I wouldn't want to have you pay 30,000 mina to become a nation without receiving any of the benefits other than a subforum from it.

Hey there! Unfortunately at this time we're going to decline your nation application on the premise that the only benefit you'd be receiving from having a nation with the current location of your plot is a subforum named for you, even though there is a Kha Roleplay subforum already. If you were to remake this application and your plot of land was outside of the Orc Capital we'd almost certainly grant you fledgling nation status but as I've said prior you'd be getting little to no benefits from it currently. Greetings everyone! Just a heads up that all the outstanding LC tickets from before Ever made the change to the way LC works have been cleared, see here for info on the LC changes: Therefore, if your plot had LC on the previous system you are no longer able to receive LC. However, you are still able to request for LC under the new system. The second portion of the payment system (block count) will not be carried out due to overly complicated logistics and there being no real way for us to determine the blocks placed by LC vs by hand over the course of multiple weeks, the duration some of the tickets have been active. If you wish to move to the new system please make a modreq and a GM will get it setup for you.
