Usually, things like lasting chaos events you mention (like famish) or the greater scope events (Like Super Smash Bros Aenguls) have their flaws that we have seen before. You can compare the famish to the plague, and the Aenguls to tomes becuase in the core, they are quite similar. But you are right, the current playstyle of LotC is quite dull. Could be several reasons. One of the more important ones I'll skip because it's obvious and it would require an essay to explain is player will. Meaning that the players have to be in a "Heck yea" attitude instead of "But what % am I getting from this". This is hard to explain currently due to the sheer mass of the issue and the fact it's midnight. Other is the fact that Vailor was a blank slate, which in this case, was a bad idea. Why? Because we have a team that has a goal to make an area or situation more dramatic than it was in the first case. Athera had that, but it failed due to the OOC issues and the sole size of the map. But Vailor was literally an empty page, and the ET and players got a task of writing a story about it. It ain't gonna work most likely due to the fact that LotC usually goes around the general idea instead of a library of info from before that was given to us and simply got a task of making our own fun. Even the current global events are showing that. Not that I mind the tomes, the idea was pretty good and solid, the environment you put it in has just made it awkward. To say it short, it made Vailor seem like a sandbox game, instead of an RPG. Does that mean get a GM villian to be mess stuff up? Nope, that would cause salt. What would be a good idea would be to at least make a goal or a small insight on what will happen before we get the means of solving it at least a giant mofo messing stuff up. The best example I could give at midnight is something like this: Imagine if there were ruins scattered around Urguan lands with some intel about things that happened 50 years ago. Some of the ruins maybe even got cursed, making it seemed more dangerous, but also making people want to explore them more because we know when we walk 600 blocks west, we could find a ruin that could ruin our life so when the big boss fella all those ruins talked about we won't just go "wait what wtf", but "Oooh so that's what that message of doom meant!"

WYRVUN WUDN'T GUIDE YEH TUH DIS' PATH" "... but most of all...ah chuse power" Those words haunted Hellio whilst he was heading back to the cave, a backpack that belonged to Algoda on his back. He would've take his own, but his mind wasn't with him. He weakly headed to the entrance of the cave that made dwarfs falter, which was now crumbled to bits after this horrible fate. His legs heavy, he sat on the grass in front of it, looking at the side of the mountain. That creature, was not dwarven, yet it spoke about dwarven riches. His own brother took it's guidance and chose the path that brought him happiness and wealth. His own dwarven brethren, his own legion warriors...slaughtered under his blade. Yet that sword was not guided by Grumdul, but by the "Flesh Lord"...some survivors even joined him, although most of them fled out before something worse could happen. The cave was destroyed, but the creature is not dead. His brother is probably still in there...or Wyrvun knows where...along with the other heretics... Hellio silently prayed to Wyrvun, asking him why his brethren failed. Only wind answered him, and that tempted Hellio. Why didn't he just deny that... was there still a seed of doubt in his mind? He started changing his perspective, more and more thinking about other things the Flesh Lord talked about. Wealth and riches...power and glory... isn't this what Frostbeards need? Yet this wasn't the way of Wyrvun. With his mind somewhat calmed, Hellio rummaged the backpack for a linen cloth to cover that wound that appeared when the cultists started attacking in mass. He didn't even see the wound before, his mind was all over the place, everywhere but his body. But when he found a cloth-like material, he didn't find a bandage. He pulled out cleric robes, worn but still blue like thanium he remebered back in Tal'Azwyr. Algoda's robe back when he was praying to Wyrvun every day. Hellio looked at the clothes and smiled, his mind finally in peace. It was not the end of all times, but a beginning of something. Of what, he didn't know, but he silently finished his prayer. "And deh due will beh payed."

Don't flatter me boy... Also, nice to know I have 70 days to finish my builds...

"Dat's up fer ah debate..." Hellio shrugs before calling the High elven bartender, tuning his lute in the meantime.

"Wha, did yeh seh Grandaxes?" still drunk, he'd ask one of the men. "Oh dat wud explain it, pritteh self-explanatoreh den!" he would laugh, realizing who actually made the grudge.

"Wha' most people duh forget is dat deh famileh loine usualeh carries deh sins of the past... ah should know that the best being ah Frostbeard an all..." Hellio says while drinking in the tavern, smirking at human tourists asking strange questions.

Once upon a time (10 minutes ago), there was a Wiki team meeting where we discussed the current flow of the team. Most of the meeting was a success except for a terrible faith that has befallen Jax (also known as ShameJax). To make the meeting more cheerful, he has made a page about a jolly fruit known to be placed on pizza and similar dishes to cheer Tahmas up, since he was in a sour mood because someone pissed him off. And thus chaos happened. Tahmas, seeing such a beautiful sight in such a sour mood, has decided to wreck the page so no one can see it. Not only has this lowered the morale of the team, but also the general happiness of the server. So I ask the community to speak their mind on the matter, as it is clearly important. But I ask you, please make the right choice.
