~` The Diocese of Valwyck `~ ~ 357 ES ~ Due to recent changes, as are stated in TERTIUS BULLA AUREA ALBAROSA - 1804, 357 ES. It is the right reverend's, Bishop Otho of Valwyck's duty to inform his flock, past and new, of the present scope of the Diocese of Valwyck. The once grand Diocese is now half of its former scope, as its decided by the Vicar of the Godani. Those that remain under the guidance of the clergy of Valwyck are the landed nobles and commoners that reside in the following territories: Duchy of Valwyck County of Otistadt Barony of Astfield Margraviate of Greyspine The territories that are not listed fall under the guidance of the newly formed Diocese of Reinmar, shepherded by Adelric Episcopus Reinmar. I. No, I see no need of altrering the structure & typography of the current Canon Law. II. Yes, I agree completely with the Right Reverend, Bishop Benedict on this proposal III. Yes, I agree with the expansion and the clarification of each role in Book II, Title II. Chapter III. A proper explanation of each role will greatly help the newer clergymen of our Holy Mother Church as any other individual, that is oblivious on this matter. Regarding the expansion of the Curia, i will have to trust your Holiness's judgement in doing so, though i would prefer if your Holliness assigned new roles AFTER a change in the Canon Law and NOT before. IV. No, changing Book IV, Title IV, Chapter III., is not right by my concience. Any Saint that has only one miracle should be re-investigated, in my humble opinion. V. Yes, I do agree with the concept, history should not be repeated, any schismatics like Dima and Cyril should not be protected by any Canon Law. Ofcourse i changed my mind with the insurance of the words of the Holy Vicar and i quote "No, this would not mean that when someone signs a petition or disagrees with my policy, as you are now, would be excommunicated. It would however mean that if someone acts schismatic, but only targets His Holiness and not the institution as a whole, we can still prosecute him accordingly: or declare him as excommunicated, which a schismatic de facto is until penance." VI. Yes, I support this. VII. Yes, I agree with this proposal. VIII. REMOVED IX. Yes, I agree with this proposal, as the intervention of the Holy Vicar of God, would be able to overturn any false decissions made by corrupt judges, such as the likes of Goren or simply, correct a mistake of a judge, due to the judge's lack of experience. He was so eager to have a trial, because he had it all planned with that Goren. I Bishop Otho of Valwyck, urge you to burn, if any of you still keep it, the document with the title 'THE HOLY APPARITION OF BLESSED SERAPHIM OF LEORA', written by Father Dima. Such a document of lies, with ill intent, has achieved its goal, of spreading lies and causing divission in the Canonist world. As our rightly elected Holy Father, so do we, condemn their acts of evil and pray for God's justice. If they do not repent for their sins and set aside their wickedness, may they burn at the pyre, as it fits to the likes of unvirtuous, unrepentant men. Let me prove to you, oh faithfull, as to why, in my humble opinion, they decieve us. His, Emminence Cyril Cardinal St. Publius claims that on his first attempt to cast a vote for Laurence Cardinal Albarosa, our present Holy Father, a strange happening occured that obstructed the vote. He then casted the vote again and after that, the lie took place, the imagined apparition. With this, he bassicly claims that God acts in vain. If an apparition would happen, the message would be CLEAR and the time and people that would witness it, PROPER. Why didnt Blessed Seraphim appear to the Vice chancellor, the one with the power to revoke the elections? Why didnt His Emminence, Cyril Cardinal St. Publius not inform the Vice Chancellor before he cast his second vote, of the supposed 'strange happening' and instead published with Father Dima, this venomous document? Because it was all a mere fabrication, possibly serving ambitious desires. Shame! Shame to these, so called servants of God! They kept their mouths shut, accepted new positions and chose to speak AFTER all this had happened. Acting against Canon Law, they think that they are above it, causing mere chaos. To conclude, God doesnt act in vein, His messages are clear and that of PROSPERITY and UNITY. Only the servants of Iblees, would attempt to act as these men did. Only the unvirtuous, would stir trouble, when the Holy Mother Church is vulnerable. I highly suggest reading 'AD ABSURDO, A RESPONSE TO THE SCHISMATICS BY HIS HOLINESS OWYN III' and the document of His Emminence, Ailred Cardinal Reinmar with the title 'Wolves Among the Sheep: a Document on False Apparitions'. Bishop Otho of Valwyck nodded in agreement "His emminence, Cyril Cardinal St. Publius and Father Dima Carrion are indeed, in my humble view, liars and decievers. Time to write the response of the Diocese of Valwyck" He pulled out some papers from his desk and began writting.

Bishop Otho of Valwyck, began studying this very interesting document and took notes, in preparation for his address on the matter.

Bishop Otho of Valwyck, would study this document carefully, stroking his beard. After reading it, he turned his head and looked at the city of Karosgrad, from the bassilica's second floor. "Terrible times of hardship and division. I will pray to the Godani, for guidance and strength" Said and released a sigh of sadness.

After reading the notice, Bishop Otho of Valwyck said to himself "I pray to the Godani, that the culprits, clearly devoid of Virtue, are caught and face justice!" Signed the Lorraine and began praying to the Godani.

Dear Holy Father, by God's will, you have been elected High Pontiff of our Holy Mother Church. I congratulate you and thank you for the trust you have put in me. My assigned position shall prove a new challenge, but i ensure you that i shall not fail God nor your High Holiness. By the time you will have recieved this letter, i will have already set in motion meetings with Haenseni nobles, with the aim of enlightening myself with those that belong to the Diocese of Valwyck. Bishop Otho of Valwyck offered a prayer for the new High Pontiff "O God, Shepherd and King of all the faithful, graciously look down upon Thy servant Owyn III whom Thou hast been pleased to appoint pastor over Thy Church: grant, we beseech Thee, that by both word and example he may edify those who over whom he is set, and together with the flock committed to his care, may attain eternal life. Amen." would sign the Lorraine.

Father Otho, upon reading the epistle, signed the Lorraine "May God rest his soul. How many more servants of God, must the Holy Mother Church lose, on this mortal earth?" asked himself.
