THE SILVER COUNCIL OF HAELUN’OR Expressed for 1795

Central to the blessed State of Haelun’or is its government, the Heial’thilln, formed of the Maheral, Sohaer and four Okariran. Collectively they oversee the nation, Her politics and the preservation of Mali’thill traditions, originating from the guidance established by Larihei Lohminah: Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya.
The seats and serving council are always subject to challenge and replacement, made possible by the legislative changes of the New Constitutions 1774 (Article II).
As per the year of 1795, the Silver Council of Haelun’or are the following seated:
The Maheral: Malaurir Ikur Sullas, serving since 1771 Supreme executive power shall be vested in a Maheral of the Silver City, who shall serve as the highest symbol of purity and authority in the city.
The Sohaer: Eredael Rhenaer, serving since 1785 Executive power shall be vested in a Sohaer of the Silver Council, who shall serve as chair of the Silver Council and steward of the nation’s government.
The Okarir’hiylun: Laurir Dele Seregon, serving since 1772 Legislative power shall be vested in an Okarir’hiylun of the Silver Council, who shall serve as administrator of the state’s citizenry and residences, the executive of the city clinic, the executive of the city inn.
The Okarir’maehr: Laurir Aiera Sullas, serving since 1793 Legislative power shall be vested in an Okarir’maehr of the Silver Council, who shall serve as headmaster of the Eternal College of Haelun’or, Chief Librarian of the Eternal Library, and Master of Laboratories.
The Okarir’nor: Zelios, serving since 1794 Legislative power shall be vested in an Okarir’nor of the Silver Council, who shall serve as treasurer of the state, chief architect of the city, chair of agriculture, and chair of both interior and international trade.
The Okarir’tir: Celiasil Uradir, serving since 1776 Legislative, judiciary, and military power shall be vested in an Okarir’tir of the Silver Council, who shall serve as executor of criminal and civil justice and leader of the Sillumir.
The Tilruiran are the active servants to those currently elected, assigned as the support of their administrative Okarir and asked to represent that role by being delegated limited responsibilities that rely on their management exclusively. They are subject to change and are selected by the Okariran rather than processed through democratic election; they do not maintain the right to vote on state laws but can represent the vote of an Okarir when called upon.
The Maelunir: Laurir Nelgauth Maehr'tehral, serving since 1787
Administrative privileges to the Maheral's Offiice are vested in a Maelunir, to hear the words of, to understand the will of, and to act on behalf of the Maheral.
The Tilruir'lauriran: Laurir Anethra Uradir, serving since 1793 Administrative privileges to the Maheral's Office are vested in a Tilruir'lauriran, to maintain Talonnii structure and representation, the Lauriran, and associated records.
The Tilruir'evarn: Laurir Daerine Elibar'acal, serving since 1772 Administrative privileges to the Okarir'hiylun's Office are vested in a Tilruir'evarn, to support the medical occupation, to keep the archives updated, and to supervise the clinical staffing.
The Tilruir'lin: Aestenia Aevaris, serving since 1778 Administrative privileges to the Okarir'hiylun's Office are vested in a Tilruir'lin, to be an eternal keep to elenaern'thilln, to guide the Mali'linoronn home, and to coordinate national occupancy.
The Tilruir'indor: Khaeryr 'Inkers' Leverys, serving since 1793
The Tilruir'indor: Maenor Aildhuin, serving since 1793 Administrative privileges to the Okarir'maehr's Office are vested in the Tilruiran'indor, to maintain the Eternal Library and its covenants, to archive texts as conducted by the Okarir'maehr, and to restore the Mali'thill curiosity.
The Tilruir'irham: Elahern Aeth'sulier, serving since 1772 Administrative privileges to the Okarir'nor's Office are vested in a Tilruir'irham, to help supervise the systems conducive to economic growth, and to advertise opportunities for employment.
The Tilruir'sil: Ellisar Aevaris, serving since 1776 Administrative privileges to the Okarir'tir's Office are vested in a Tilruir'sil, to help yield the maximum potential of the Sillumiran, to maintain the recruitment efforts of the ranks, and to supervise routine training.
