yeah i think some high elves and wood elves learned it at one point, think @cosmicwhaleshark was one of them

Yes, there are some dark elf shamans, some dark shaman elves, though it is rare and often brings the ire of many orcs. There have been occasions where the elves have been taught shamanism however.
