    Alright, let's break this down. The Kingdom of Oren, right? It was the legacy of Horen’s people. But it got shattered, scattered all over the place. Now, instead of one strong kingdom, you’ve got unvirtuous men ruling over small tribes and petty kingdoms. And what happens when you have weak, immoral leadership? The people live in fear.
