  3. Renna signs the cross upon hearing the news, silently withdrawing from the scene.
  4. I see. How would you describe your experience playing as Lilach? Does it bother you that it bothers other people you're not an actual girl? Does the amount of PvP on the server bother you too? What's your favorite LotC faction?
  5. Have you ever been in love with a celebrity? What is the music of life? Have you ever been alone at night, thought you heard footsteps behind, and turned around and no one's there? Do you know the muffin man?
  6. Renna bursts into uncontrollable, hysterical laughter upon hearing the news; her right hand signing a Lorraine cross in the air as a twisted echo of a memory. "Until we meet again," she uttered simply.
  7. "Hail!" Renna exclaims loudly once again, before withdrawing to her workshop.
  8. I would be interested in helping out; I'm a long-time Planet Minecraft skinner and contest judge - here's my work. I don't use Skype, though - would there be a way to get around that requirement?
  9. "Again, what a terrible matter," Renna would comment, clicking her fingers at the poster.
  10. As someone roleplaying a character who's a serial killer consorting with bandits but keeps her guise of an upstanding citizen and tailor, I find myself far more often engaged in "common citizen" RP for the simple fact that villainy, in the current state of things, is a high-risk, low-reward endeavor. I see people here often complain about "poor villainy" but during my stay in the server, other than my bandit friends and I, I've only seen like two other villains and dozens of white knights! It's awfully hard to even consider plotting my schemes, given that most characters are either unreachable, will show up with a legion of white knights at the first sight of danger, or are the white knights themselves. It takes tons of planning and scouting to find suitable targets, and even then there's a huge risk of a band of knights in godly armor strolling by to save the damsel in distress. So far, I've only been involved in two robberies and a single murder following one of them; while that one was roleplayed properly and constructively, the other ended up in our victim, with whom we'd roleplayed him getting out, coming back at us with a legion of knights from Courland - all the way to Lorraine! (We made it out of that one with clever roleplay, though.) All I see people complaining about villainous acts not allowing for a flexible outcome - but as a villain, if I fail, there's only two outcomes for me: death or a slower death by uncovering my guise. This is why I think the arguments here are on the villains' side. That being said, I still greatly enjoy the notion of villain roleplay, and would definitely love to see more of it, even if I get to be the victim.

In-Character Information - Character’s name: Renna Talraen Character’s sex: Female Character’s race: Heartlander Human Character’s age: 22 Biography: Renna's early childhood, as a daughter of a tailoring shop owner family in the Holy Orenian Empire, was for the most part pretty dull and uneventful. Customers of every social standing would come and go, leaving in their new perfectly tailored coats and dresses, but their faces would quickly fade from Renna's memory, as the little girl would treat them with complete disregard. This would have gone on for years, if it weren't for the looming war against the Kingdom of Courland. Everything would change with the fall and dissolution of the great Empire, and even those who had been assured of their safety would be proven wrong in the shadowy, chaotic days to come. A raiding band of brigands would burn down their valued shop, brutally murdering Renna's father who stood up in the family's defense, forcing Renna and her mother to seek refuge throughout the wartorn land. During her teenage years that followed, Renna's mother made sure the secrets of the family trade would not be forgotten; by her 17th year in 1603, Renna would become a decent tailor's apprentice. However, the horrors and carnage of war had not left the girl unscarred. In addition to her ambitions of becoming a master tailor, Renna would develop an illness of the mind, one that she vowed to keep secret from her mother and the world... a desire to end the life of another human being. Amidst the Haense-Courland war, Renna had decided to abandon her aging mother, taking with her the secrets of quality tailoring, haggling with customers, properly stabbing a man through the heart (as she'd witnessed from the techniques of Courlander footmen)... as well as the last of her family's money. Renna would then make her way to the thriving city of Aleksandria, determined to eventually open her own tailoring shop. Keeping her reserved and mature guise in front of people she would consider worthless, just like during her childhood, during the day; plotting her bloody murders to follow during nighttime. Personality Traits: Renna is a calm, mature, reserved person on the outside, determined to succeed in her tailoring ventures, and does her best to avoid her bloodthirst and disregard for human lives to show, or attract any unneeded attention. Renna however feels slightly uncomfortable around red-haired people, as it was a red-haired brigand who had killed her father. Renna likes cake and other pastries, and has a habit of occasionally clicking her fingers, or clapping slowly for no reason at all. She also happens to be fascinated by spiders. Renna dislikes horses, large bodies of water and loud, obnoxious customers. Ambitions: Renna aspires to be a master tailor by day, and serial killer by night. Strengths/Talents: Renna is good at tailoring, negotiating with customers and baking cakes. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Renna is unable to take part in armed combat, do any sort of heavy lifting, and generally has very little experience of riding horses. Appearance: Renna is a moderately beautiful, dark-haired, brown-eyed, 5'7 tall woman. Skin: http://i.imgur.com/WXrKGrj.png[/img]
