The Court Dwarf Act, 1632 Issued and Confirmed by His Imperial Majesty, the Holy Emperor Peter II Sigismund, and Lord Verrick Grandaxe. Penned by the hand of His Excellency, the Lord Privy Seal, James II Augustus of the House of Windsor, 13th of the First Seed, 1632. By Order of the Imperial Crown, it is hereby decreed that the Office of Court Dwarf has been established, and headed by Verrick Grandaxe. In accord with the recent non-aggression alliance between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Holy Orenian Empire, His Imperial Majesty sees if got to establish the Office of the Imperial Court Dwarf, to facilitate the discussions regarding matters of both nations. His Imperial Majesty hereby appoints Lord Verrick Grandaxe to be recognized as the Imperial Court Dwarf, who serves not one, but both respective nations with dignity and pride. This office serves primarily as an advisory role to His Imperial Majesty on Dwarven affairs, and as a liaison between the Emperor and the Grand King of Kingdom of Urguan. Henceforth, all matters regarding the two nations shall be brought forth to the Court Dwarf to be relayed to His Imperial Majesty and The Grand King. Furthermore, the role serves as nothing more than an advisory and does not represent the Holy Orenian Empire diplomatically or militarily.
