PETITE POTINS Published by the children of the Augustine A N N O D O M I N I 13th of Tobias’ Bounty, 1836 3rd Article: SPRING TURNS TO FALL Art by Nikoleta Barbara, c.1836. Dearest readers, The children of the Augustine Palace thank you for showing interest in the hottest gossip column; written, designed and managed entirely by us palace children.. With this column, we hope to provide a window into life at court during the Orenian Social Season while we eagerly await our own debuts. We hope also to encourage more people to get involved in the affairs of the Social Season. So, without further delay, we welcome you again to The Petite Potins… which, quite simply, means ‘the little gossip.’ ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- CLOSING MASQUERADE ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- With tradition, the season concluded with the closing masquerade. We noticed there was a lack of attendants, and wondered what the reason may be. However, the conclusion of the season led to certain and uncertain matches we must present before you readers today. Closing Masquerade of the Fourth Social Season c.1836 IMPERIAL PROPOSAL Rumours before speculated of their betrothal, perhaps the duo were wishing for consent from their family? Such was seen when HIH George spoke with the Count of Kositz alongside Isabella Ruthern. Another instance when they were seen conversing with the crown of the presumed topic “Can I ask you something?” HIH George echoed to the ballroom, all eyes zoomed upon Isabella Ruthern and the Prince dancing. Isabella paused with beaming eyes, a tilt of her head. “Ai, vy can always ask me anything Georgie.” Thus the sequence of words spiralled into a proposal by the prince. After exchanging words an official betrothal was announced, we once more wish for bliss with their wedding preparations. HIH George Maximilian and Miss Isabella Ruthern’s proposal c. 1836 A TROUBLED RUBY Miss Alina Basrid, the glamorous Ruby of the season, was asked to dance by Osric Tsecsar. A few minutes ran by with the dance in continuation, however, in the midst of the dance, the Ruby was seen ushering her sister to come forth thus disrupting. The Ruby asked how her sister had been, closing the dance in mere moments. Afterwards, they caved into hushed whispers. We wonder what truly occurred for the Ruby to halt her dance, was the Mister holding some ill manners? TURMOIL OF A MATCH HSH Alice and Jon Aleksandr have appeared much throughout the season. They hold a conflicting relationship to the public’s eye. Has the Othaman Grand Heir settled for the lovely Princess, or is he still seeking? We at Petite Potins ask this, but we did spot the Princess with Kaustantin Baruch for a long duration of time. She was seen speaking to the young man when the closing masquerade first started. From what we know at Petite Potins, the pair have been close friends for some time. We have yet to discover official news stating HSH Alice and Jon Aleksandr’s official courtship, we shall see in due time! HSH Alice and Lord Jon Aleksandr walking into the de Rosius gardens. c. 1836 painted by Lady Victoria Kaphro (Art by Venclair!) DUAL MARRIAGE TROUBLES? Lady Diana d’Azor and Mister Rev Vullier were seen attending the ball simultaneously at the entrance. A grandiose gesture was offered as the Lady was led into the center of the floor. It was rumored that Lady Diana’s husband was lacking presence within her life. However, one shouldn’t dilly-dally, we hope such a dance was merely between friends. Lady Diana d’Azor and Mister Rev Vullier ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- REVIEW OF THE SEASON’S MATCHES ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- HIH Anastasia Victoria and Philip Amadeus Years prior to the season the couple’s betrothal was announced to the public. We were all anticipating the grand Imperial Wedding once this season had arrived. Upon the arrival of the wedding a few months prior, we were simply enchanted. Though there were some speculations, the Imperial Couple is faring well after their wedding. Lady Claude Élisabeth and Lord Philip Micheal Pruvia A betrothal spread across the Empire, penned and signed by the couple’s parents. Shortly after the presentations of the debutantes, the couple held their wedding. Many were in attendance and the celebration was adored. News has spread that the couple sired their first child, Lady Amadie Marléne. HSH Alice Irena and Lord Jon Othaman The most-watched match of the season, Princess Alice and Lord Jon Aleksandr. Speculations flew across the Empire, and still remain to a degree. But yet they persist to find one another within gatherings and ballrooms, sticking with one another throughout the duration of an event. We wonder if a publicization of their potential courtship will be announced! Miss Isabella Ruthern and HIH George Maximilian Although not seen much, we’ve known of their pairing for some time. From the days of their youth, they stuck by one another, perhaps holding fondness or adoration. We at Petite Potins suspected an Imperial betrothal, with rumours of them asking for permission from the crown. Our suspicions were confirmed, nearing the end of the closing masquerade, HIH George knelt down sliding a ring in presentation. With deliberation and a grandiose speech, a proposal was seen before our eyes. We wish the couple luck with the upcoming wedding preparations. Miss Laurène Ashford de Savoie and Lord Matyas Basrid A quiet but eventual match we presume? Rarely do we see the couple dancing with another at events. No announcement of courtship is known but with the number of occasions we see them paired, perhaps the time will come soon! Miss Eugénie Ashford de Savoie and Mister Viktor Baruch We hope Miss Eugénie is faring well with the unfortunate situations at hand. But! From the start of the season, Miss Eugénie and Viktor Baruch seemed to be courting one another. Wearing matching outfits even before Eugénie’s own debut. Simply an adorable couple to lay our sights on. Lady Francesca Helvets and HRH Marus Aleksandr Lady Francesca Helvets, we simply adore the pious lady that she is! However, throughout the course of the season. She and HRH Marus Aleksandr of Haense danced and were seen together, much to our surprise. The youths seem to be enjoying themselves and wonder what will come of the pairing with the next session. ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- ROSIUS BALL ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- As per last season, the de Rosius graced us and welcomed us to their fine manor in the countryside for a ball! This time it was themed after harvest festivals. Pumpkin pie to little red leaf decorations filled the countryside manor for all guests to enjoy. DAILY DOSE OF ALICE AND JON During the Rosius ball, almost everyone could see this most seemingly troublesome couple together in the rose gardens. All alone for the entire ball and without a chaperone. It was heard at the beginning that Princess Alice asked Lord Jon for a dance, but the rest is a mystery to us at petite! We hope this couple confirms their plans for courtship! AIMEE AND HUBERTA - CAT FIGHT? Lady Aimee arrived at this ball, supposedly looking for her sister Claude who married Otis de Rosius. Although she was faced with Huberta DeVeney - whom none of us at Petite could pinpoint. The two shared a few hushed words before Lady Aimee walked away, puffing smoke from a cigar and spatting knowledge about Huberta being cruel! We at petite were astonished by Miss Hubertas next words, as she’d call Lady Aimee a “Bloody Skank” EUGÉNIE SHOWS HER FACT If you guys did not read the last Petite Potins (Which we really suggest you do) you wouldn’t know about Miss Eugénie’s struggle between men physically fighting over her affections! Well after many months of not being seen or around in the season, she decided to show her face - without armed guard - during the Rosius ball! We are so ecstatic to see that she is safe and well, and cannot wait to see her wedding announcement. ELAINE D’ARKENT AND PHILIP DE ROSIUS As the ball began and groups formed, Philip de Rosius asked Elaine d’Arkent to chat privately! As if Elaine knew we were watching, or she is simply a god-serving woman, she brought her mother Anna d’Arkent as a chaperone. The duo moved up the stairs and were up their for most of the the festivities, we at Petite consider this a fine match if it does occur and hope the de Rosius has finally given up on his mission for Princess Amelia's hand. Sometimes, the second-best is actually the best choice. ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- POTINS ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- EXHIBITION OF THE ELEMENTS In celebration of the royal wedding of Lady Anastasia and Prince Philip, Miss Eliza decided to perform a marvellous show of the four elements. It started out with fire, in which Miss Freja showed the audience a fiery dragon that flew around the stage. Its wings glowing with bright blue fire! Then came Miss Eliza with water. Eliza caused it to rain across the whole stage before summoning a kraken out of the water! Truly a spectacle. Lastly, Lady Maisie took the stage, doing both Earth and Air. With Earth, she cast a horse that trotted about the stage and with air she whispered words into the audience's ears as well and making herself fly! IMPERIAL WEDDING Long before the wedding would begin, guests were filling the pews in anticipation of the imperial wedding. Meanwhile, we at Petite Potins caught a glance at the quarrelsome exchange between the bride and the Governess! Lady Mary would not comment on Lady Anastasia’s wedding gown, even appearing extremely discontented by the traditional Raev attire (a nod to House Ruthern’s culture and origins). This is no surprise to us, seeing how she abhorred any and all Raev dresses presented at the dress fitting! As the ceremony started and the guests settled, the ISA proudly came parading down the aisle to line the outsides of the pews. The Cardinal Providentia gave a brief speech and opening prayer for attendees before stepping aside to allow HIM John VIII to address the crowd himself! This was a shock to the \groom, bride, and many wedding planners as this was unforeseen! By the end of his speech, as a wedding gift, he bestowed the Duchy of Furnestock to the soon-to-be newlyweds! Wedding Congregation: HE Governess Mary d’Arkent - Lady Philippa d’Azor Lady Francesca Helvets - Lady Valérie d’Azor Lady Anastasia Ruthern - General Erik Ruthern Miss Alina Basrid - Lady Claude Pruvia Miss Adeline de Sarkozy - Miss Isabella Ruthern Wedding Congregation His Imperial Majesty, John VIII at the reception of the Imperial Wedding congratulated the couple and commented that HIH Anastasia was the; “spitting image of Julia herself”. High praise which we concur with. For further note, Haenseni who came to the wedding celebrations caused some ruckus. Imperial Wedding of HIH Philip Amadeus and Anastasia of Furnestock. c. 1836 The Imperial Court of the Augustine©. Proofread and maturized by Lady Maisie d’Arkent.

PETITE POTINS Published by the children of the Augustine A N N O D O M I N I 13th of Tobias’ Bounty, 1835 2nd Article: SLOW BEGINNINGS AND QUICK ENGAGEMENTS Art by Nikoleta Barbara, c.1836 Dearest readers, The children of the Augustine Palace thank you for showing interest in the hottest gossip column; written, designed, and managed entirely by us palace children... With this column, we hope to provide a window into life at court during the Orenian Social Season while we eagerly await our own debuts. We hope also to encourage more people to get involved in the affairs of the Social Season. So, without further delay, we welcome you again to The Petite Potins… which, quite simply, means ‘the little gossip.’ ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- ZODIAC BALL ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- The Zodiac ball served as a mid-way point for the season. It was themed after the famed Arcane Zodiac, creating a unique atmosphere for the ball. We at Petite Potins viewed the matches of the season alongside the rumors that circled the Augustine ballroom. THE SEASON’S POTENTIAL MATCHES Miss Laurène Ashford de Savoie and Lord Matyas Basrid The two have been spotted numerous times in conversation or a dance. A lovely pair they are, we have not seen the two waver from their pursuing interests. Perhaps a betrothal may come into place in due time? HIH George Maximilian and Isabella Ruthern HIH George and Miss Isabella have not left each other's sides at festivities. We daresay even during their childhood, they’ve been a pair. The two were spotted entering the quarters of His Imperial Majesty, and His Imperial Highness the Count of Renzfeld. HSH Alice Irena and Lord Jon Othaman A controversial yet lovely sight to behold. We noticed the fancy the two hold for one another, we at Petite Potins urge you to continue reading. THE RACE FOR PRINCESS AMELIA It seems the eyes for Her Imperial Highness, Princess Amelia have grown. Ever since Philip de Rosius’s original desire to dance with Princess Amelia at her debut ball, he’s been attempting to steal another dance. Unfortunately, Philip stole another little suitor’s dance this time. Whilst Princess Amelia was teaching Helton Rhodes Helvets how to dance, Philip seized the opportunity to ask the Princess mid-dance for his own dance! Poor Helton had taken a liking to a highly desired Princess, and it seems he paid the cost by having his dancing lessons with the Princess of his dreams taken away. ROWDY CHILDREN Rowdy children at the ball caused quite the disturbance. Whilst guests were dancing with respect, many could hear the stomping and cheers of the adolescents on a dining table! We wonder where the supervisors of the children were, considering such an action is disorderly and can wreck the palace furniture. Not only that, the children ran across the ballroom, stomping on yet another table. The children depicted mid-jumps! LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT… OR NOT? Jon Aleksandr and the lovely Princess Alice have been seen paired at events often. At every ball, they’ve been seen dancing for the whole duration and conversing with the others. We believed the Othaman Grand Heir and the Princess of Temesch to be a paired match after first seeing them. However, news has been brought forth to us, displeasing almost. Jon Aleksandr was seen attending Safiya Oma’s house call? Those who spotted the young lord, saw the boy walking from the estate sulking. Murmurs of a rejected declaration we hear? The Lord kept arriving at the events and darting straight to Princess Alice. In truth, we ponder if Lord Jon is conflicted about his match with Princess Alice, and is he searching for another option in Miss Safiya? Whilst the Grand Heir seemed dejected from leaving Miss Safiya’s house call, we await further news. HSH Alice and Jon Aleksandr Othaman dancing AN INSOLENT BRAWL Lord Joseph d’Azor and Mister Arthur Galbraith appeared in public with a displeasing display. The two were bruised and somewhat bloody. They announced that it was supposedly a “Nordling Bear” or an orc. The stories of the duo were jumbled and confusing to listen to. Even HIH Philip Amadeus questioned it with an arched brow. What truly happened between the retired statesman and an adolescent boy? ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- THE DINNER OF THE SEASONS PASSED ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- On the 3rd of Harren’s Folly, Lady Maisie d’Arkent hosted the dinner of seasons passed. This dinner was to bring together the participants of the last three seasons, and the season of 1835. Although, it had an underlying purpose! It was to test the etiquette of the lords and ladies of the social season. To test them. We at Petite Potins went to this dinner to survey and see who properly followed the strict protocol provided by Lady Maisie d’Arkent THOSE WHO ARE HONORED Eirene Basrid- Showed perfect dinner table manners along with proper greetings to all ladies and lords present. Truly a lady you want to invite for dinner. Alina Basrid - This one does not surprise us at Petite Potins. She is the Ruby of course! Elaine d’Arkent - Elaine was soft-spoken and sweet, other than her conversation with Charles which we will cover later! Lets just say - stay away from topics of hunger around this d’Arkent! NO SWEET TREATS Lady Maisie made the weird choice to not serve any sweets near the end of her dinner. It simply was dinner, nothing else. It left some of the guests who dined wanting more! Most leaving more famished than they arrived. It was just utterly shocking to us considering Lady Maisie’s past with the finer things in life. Whatever reason the Lady has we hope is good! ELIZABETH OTHOMAN STIRS THE POT Elizabeth Othaman, the oldest of the Othaman girls and Governor Mary’s daughter. The girl not only arrived late with many others but seemed to be keen on causing silent issues at Lady Maisie’s dinner. Really the only notable thing is how she asked Princess Alice “How do you feel being the Ruby, Alice?”. She whispered this right next to Alina, our actual Ruby. We at Petite Potins do not deny the Princesses grace and beauty but ask all to respect Alina Basrid’s title as the Ruby. Governor Mary and her daughter Elizabeth at night THE RUBY TRADITION Our past Ruby, Her Imperial Highness Juliya Rose Basrid provided pique etiquette in the courts of Augustine, finding herself a suitable match and becoming Princess George of Aldersburg. After her grandeur in court, she had presented herself at Lady Maisie’s exquisite dinner to continue the tradition of each separate Ruby. She passed down the necklace and other jewelry to our present Ruby, Lady Alina Basrid, and solidified the girl’s position as another example of how all young girls of the courts should be. We again congratulate the dashing Lady Alina Basrid. CHARLES MOUNTE Is Charles Mounte blind? That is all we at Petite Potins can ask! The man was asking multiple times for meat, his exact phrasing being “seeks meat.” This is not only a frightening way to phrase this but strange considering beef and pork were on the table. Elaine d’Arkent then told the man to “go kill a deer, skin it, and cook it if you desire meat.” This scared the man away as he would excuse himself by saying “Pardon me as I depart from this eve, for I can not bear to become a vegan.” This whole scene was not only disrespectful to the host but strange! ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- POTINS ---------------------➴☼➶--------------------- DELICIOUSLY BURNT Devastating news erupted, considering the many people gathered by the grill. Due to the pressure built in the ignition once William Darkwood approached to raise the heat, the grill blew up in flames! We cannot believe that a tranquil gathering evolved into an explosive disaster. Many were injured by the fire that erupted from the terrible mess. Lord Jon was spotted taking off his cape while whacking the fire with the coveted fabric. His Mother, the Governess Mary, frantically warned the boy about the ruined clothes. We applaud Lady Maisie d’Arkent for her actions as she halted the fire from spreading. Before this, however, Jon Aleksandr alongside Arthur Galbraith set up an elaborate business for this contraption. They pulled in “investors'' in hopes of furthering the success of this enterprise. We hope no more injuries come from the “grill”, perhaps they will garner success. Garden Revelries along with the exploded grill. ABOLISHING CULTURE FOR A MERE DRESS Lady Anastasia was proud to showcase the accumulated dresses of renowned women to present at her dress showcase. These wedding dresses showcased brilliant colors, such as purples and blues, perhaps with a splash of pink. The choices were endless for Anastasia, but not for our Ruby, Alina Basrid, and our Governess Mary of Carrington. The wedding dress worn by Queen Viktoria of Metterden was deemed ‘plain’ by the Ruby herself! Governess Mary had some words of her own to explain a few of the dresses. She considered some of the wedding garb to be too Raev or too Haenseni, and instead of Anastasia embracing her culture, Lady Mary deemed it that Lady Anastasia should conform to the Orenian fashions. We do hope that Lady Anastasia chooses something that represents her. AN INHUMANE HUNT It seems the troubles of the Season have extended beyond that of the race for a suitor. Miss Eugenie Ashford de Savoie had found quite the match, but this seemed to be upsetting for one man in particular. Her cousin seems to have eyes for the young lady, but he believes that if he can’t have her, no one can. Thus, this has sparked a hunt upon Eugenie, who has taken refuge in an unknown location. We never knew that someone would become inherently violent over a lady, but we commend Eugenie on being a spectacular woman and a very suitable suitor. We at Petite Potins are keeping Miss Eugenie in our prayers, and we hope that our readers do the same. MARRIAGE BELLS Lady Claude Elisabeth walking down the aisle at her wedding. Firstly, we at Petite Potins would like to congratulate Lord Philip Pruvia and Lady Claude Elisabeth Pruvia née Ashford de Savoie on their union. Their wedding was provided to be one of the most expected matches of the season, but still incredibly heartwarming nonetheless. Another oncoming marriage is to be the turn of the century wedding, one of the biggest that has ever been conducted. His Imperial Highness Philip Amadeus is to be wed to Lady Anastasia Ruthern in the coming months, with one of the largest wedding processions to date. The variety of events to be held should surely leave the city of Providence celebrating for months. The wedding date is set to the 17th of Tobias’ Bounty, 1836. Although she never officially met the late Sunholdt heir, Philippa Antoinette signed the Lorraine for the passed d'Arkent. "May you rest well in the seven skies."
-
"Sort of Fran? It was a mutter of sorts." Philippa furrowed her brows scanning with her ears for any more noise
-
Philippa Antoinette would view over the papers with a lifted smile. She'd hold her quill making hasty corrections to any errors she views in the young Helvets' writing with Maisie. With the final missive delivered to Providence - She alongside Maisie giggled towards the publications of the tabloid.

This concludes the end of the auction. Thank you for all who bid, those who were the highest bidders will be contacted momentarily. Stay tuned for future auctions!

Philippa Antoinette reads the missive with a heavy heart, allowing for a moment of silence to overcome. She'd sign the Lorraine cross in memory of the Late Countess. "May she rest in the Seven Skies, for she was a blessing."

Philippa d'Azor took the invitational missive in hand scanning over the words with content. The Lady folded the paper following its creases, placing it neatly upon an arranged table. "A grandiose wedding." She paced around with a pause drawing up plans for her attire, alongside her daughters.
-
"Valérie!" Philippa echoed from her estate, searching for the presence of her daughter. The woman reminisced of her own season, recollecting the prior happenings of the years. "Come come, we must bring you to the events. Your debut will come next season, keep in mind the details of this one." She curled her lips into a smile with a gentle gaze pressed onto her daughter. A hand was laid on the young girl's hair, combing the mirrored golden locks with her fingers. @Nagisa02

PHILIPPA ANTOINETTE D’AZOR FOR THE HOUSE OF COMMONS Providence District, 26th Imperial Diet National Party Candidate c. 1832 To the denizens of the Empire, I write to you as a loyal Orenian and a woman who wishes to contribute. I grew up with a broad perspective, enabling me to see any issues that are in our world. My firm belief is that if we wish to establish prosperity, we must take it into our own hands. The House of Commons is expressive, dependent on the votes of the citizens. When you see an addition or change for the betterment, you can present it with a firm outlook. I believe myself to be an ambitious person with a considerable objective. I, Philippa Antoinette d’Azor, promise those who vote for me that I will live up to my policies and my beliefs. I was born in Freeport and had moved to Providence at a young age, but later in life, I ventured away. Being away from Providence for some time has assisted my vast perspectives of the world. Born into a family where all have strived to help the empire. I've grown with an independent mindset, developing myself to have prominent ideas. I work within the Courts of Renzfeld and desire to become more involved. It would do me a great honour for you, the citizens of this Empire, to vote for me. Through the activities which are deemed to be a pastime, it can be used to teach others. I myself enjoy a pastime relating to arts, such as painting and tailoring. But with this, it’s able to be turned into a line of work, a business. We must not let things deemed “insignificant” successfully halt the possibilities. Wanting to contribute to the Empire is a result of work, a driving force that enables us to accomplish vast things. I have the motivation and the drive to bring forth a better Empire. I wish to serve the Empire in all ways I can within my abilities. The commons brings forth an opportunity for immense contributions. To continue our glorious Empire. OREN AUT MORTEM WOMEN INVOLVEMENT Within the recent era, the involvement of women within our Empire has grown immensely. Whether through politics, businesses, military, women have shown progression. As a woman myself, I know of our ability and capability and it should not be understated. There are many prominent female figures in the Orenian Empire, vast contributions were made by each individual. I wish to encourage all women to strive to be their best. To help our Empire to continue its prosperity in all ways that you can. FAITHFUL PRACTICES The Church of Cannon to be a significant part of Orenians, it has aided in the construction and foundation of the Empire. To follow virtues and the teachings of the church were taught to me since childhood. I stand by them and will not sin, GOD is above all. I will never stray from the teachings of GOD. So it is with a great need that we must support the church in charitable ways. ISA SUPPORT The Imperial State Army protects the Empire and its citizens. They aid against dangers that intrude, keeping us safe to the best of their ability. The ISA is considered an army of utmost ability in Almaris. I will continue to help support the ISA to maintain its capabilities. GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION Enhanced communication between the government and the people will allow transparency. Transparency within legislation and within government gives the people a view into any changes the government has. I pledge to be more open with my decision when allowed. EMPIRE FINANCES Another significant part of the Empire is our wealth. Throughout the centuries, nations have been built with money and a balance of such is needed. We strive to improve the lives of citizens in our Empire. It’s a consistent ideal that’s been passed through generations. The usage of finances correctly can better the lives of the people. I promise that decisions relating to the finances of the Empire will be directed towards the improvement of life. CHARITABLE SUPPORT It is in my belief that supporting organizations that provide and assist the less fortunate is positive. Funding these organizations whether through finances or helping aid them personally is valuable. Charitable organizations will garner my full support. ONE GOD, ONE EMPIRE, ONE EMPEROR! Philippa Antoinette d’Azor

Philippa Antoinette sets her gaze upon her triplet sister's notice of candidacy and policies. A smile would curl upon her lips in approval of the words written. "Beautifully penned, with wonderful policies." A brief remark was voiced out as she trotted through her estate, speaking to her family with proudness in her tone. "She has my vote for sure." The lady would write a letter to Maude, sending praises to her sister.
-
Philippa d'Azor views the announcement with an elated yelp, going to run around her new family estate. "My triplet sister is finally getting married!" She exclaimed with a long stare at the missive, a slow morph of contemplation washed over her visage. "Time to prepare for their gifts." With that the lady trailed off in preparations for her sister's upcoming wedding.

The Blissful Union of Joseph d’Azor and Philippa Fitzpeter Joseph d’Azor and Philippa Antoinette Fitzpeter sharing a dance at the Floral Ball c. 1827 Drawn by Eugénie Cécile ((Credits to @sunflowerist)) [!] Lord Joseph d’Azor during the closing masquerade paused within his steps of a dance, looking towards Philippa with a smile. He revealed a piece of information to the Lady, making her raise a query. Joseph d’Azor as most know, owns a renowned jewelry store within Providence. Joseph stood there with an almost sheepish expression, pulling out a ring, a dazzling one at that. A masterful piece of work the man poured his heart into. With this he asked a question, one that linked Joseph and Philippa into a union.“Will you do the honour of marrying me? [!] The Proposal at the Closing Masquerade, c. 1828 ((Credits to @Seva)) During the conclusion of the third social season, a union is being announced with delight. His Excellency, Secretary of War, Lord Joseph d’Azor and Lady Philippa Fitzpeter are officially inviting family, friends and citizens of Oren to join them in their union. The wedding will take place during the Sun’s smile of 1829. The union will take place within the Cathedral of Providence, where the marriage will be taking place before GOD. Those who are invited and wish to come may witness the union. Celebrations will be held at The Augustine Dining Hall after the ceremony. Those invited and all citizens of the Holy Orenian Empire are highly encouraged to come witness this wedding. The Ceremony: As any wedding would have, a ceremony will take place in the Cathedral of Providence. Where the couple will be married in witness before GOD. The couple will donn white clothing with their favourite colours blue and green scattered about their fabrics. The Reception: The reception will be taking place in The Augustine Dining Hall where various activities will be included. Firstly, throughout the season the couple has yet to have an uninterrupted dance. There will be a short portion of the reception dedicated to a couples dance for the duo. A grandeur feast is held in the reception, allowing for those who come to enjoy the delicacies offered. The married couple will serve a toast before the feast commences. PETITE POTINS: All Good Things Come to An End
Azie replied to veganwalmart's topic in The Kingdom of Oren
Philippa Fitzpeter tucked herself into the closing article of Petite Potins. A wide smile formed onto her lips while looking across the table to her fiancée. "Lovely, this season has been extremely fruitful." She stated with blissful countenance, musing to Joseph d'Azor. "I suppose my tailoring skills contributing to this 'title'?" A jesting tone was held, closing the tabloid with a hum in thought. "I do hope our future children do not get criticized much and find love as well!" @Taketheshot Philippa Fitzpeter approached her sister Maude giving a nod to her triplet sister. "This season has been full of difficulties and turmoil's, but it has now ended. Our lives continue dear sister!" She gave an assurance to Maude, allowing for a content look on her visage. @clonky
