  1. Uppori Visaj stared at the missive, sighing deeply as she remembered the march to Irrinor. “Another war with the Mali’ame? Hrm...” She clutched the missive, tossing it aside quickly as she picked up a quill to write to a friend. She exhaled once she finished her letter, sending it off immediately.
  2. Uppori Visaj squinted at the signatures, tilting her head at them in a curious manner. “Ah erm... I am certain this is meant to be checked by the current Okarir’hiylun, since this seems to be an old document. I do hope that he was given a chance to browse the contents.” Uppori placed a hand on her cheek, allowing a swift sigh to escape her lips. “Ah, oh dear.”
  3. Uppori Visaj squinted at the wedding poster, a smile following at the announcement. However, a frown followed right after. “I am quite proud that two of my employees are getting married. However, I would have thought that my employees would speak to me before planning!” She sighed deeply, knowing there was more work to be done, she would take the poster and place it on her desk. “After all, it is my policy to ask for events in the tavern...” She shook her head, slinking into her seat with defeat smeared on her face. “Ah... I suppose it can’t be helped. Those that plan their marriage are rather consumed by bliss.” Uppori spoke quietly to herself within the confines of her room. She would snooze off at her desk, dreaming about how to decorate the tavern for the wedding. Her worries and slight frustration, would very much disappear after taking a nap.
  4. Faemystu Uveyna stared at the missive for a second, whilst hiding in the newly built barracks. She squinted at the armor that the two adorned, seeming to frown greatly at it. Faemystu simply thought to herself whilst reading: “What’s up with the costume?” She gestured at the missive for a moment, puzzled at the armor that this new unit wore. Sillumir walking past her, would think she seemed rather weird as she continued to think to herself: “They look like glorified Sillumir. Maybe we should start giving the other Okarir costumes too.” She laughed to herself, slapping her armor clad knee for a moment as she walked off to go on her patrol. Uppori Visaj would be too lost in thought, to have noticed the missive. She seemed overwhelmed by the new developments in the state as is, but would have applauded the Uradir for the well written missive. Uppori sighed listlessly, sinking into her bed.
  5. Uppori Visaj strolled across the plaza, staring at such a missive that was quickly placed upon the clinic board. She tilted her head at it, completely puzzled by the contents of the parchment. “Is it not common knowledge to be safe when dealing with such... Substances?” Uppori placed her hands together, thinking for a moment. “I wonder what caused this parchment to be posted.” Faemystu Uveyna squinted at the parchment for a moment, idly shrugging at the contents while taking a smoke out of her pipe. “Pff, Dele sounds pretty angry in this note. Seems like something crappy happened.” Faemystu shrugged idly at the announcement, continuing on her merry way without a care in the world.
  6. Uppori Visaj gasped at the missive, she would attempt to stifle her tears as she read further... She would pause, clutching the missive gently as a frown sprawled across her face. “Miss Caestella, what happened to cause such a travesty? You had told me you wished to take care of your children yet, they have been taken from you...” She mumbled softly to herself, sitting at her desk and pondering for a moment. Although she was once filled with excitement to take up the role of Okarir’tayna, at this very moment she felt bewildered at the chain of events opening before her. “I wish to do my best as Okarir’tayna, but why is it that I only feel sorrow at this very moment?” Uppori continued thinking to herself, shaking her head slowly.
  7. Uppori Visaj stared at the missive slowly, reading it over. Although one should be happy at such a promotion, instead she frowned with a tinge of sadness. Uppori exhaled slowly, glancing at her own documents about the situation. She thought to herself, inside of her room within the Visaj Manor: “Miss Caestella, I hope to carry on your legacy as the new Okarir’tayna... I hope that you excel at your future endeavors my llir.” She would place the missive on her desk, preparing for her first event as Okarir’tayna. She seemed rattled, sitting at her desk and placing her chin upon her hands, as she idly thought about the future of Haelun’or.
  8. Uppori Visaj picked up yet another book, quickly browsing the contents with great curiosity fueling her. She does not often get to read literature written by the Sohaer, unless it is a missive dealing with political affairs. She became engrossed in the book, Elven minutes soon turned into Elven hours as she flipped through the contents with incredibly speed. Along the way, she took notes as well whenever she could. “Another piece of literature detailing our history, it is wonderful to see more in the Eternal Library.” Uppori shut the book slowly, placing it back on the shelf that it belonged to. After brushing her hands off slowly and packing her notebooks, she could not help but remain intrigued by the history makers around her.
  9. Uppori Visaj would read over the contents of the book, seemingly interested by the contents. Within an office located in the Eternal Library, she carefully examined the written work of the Sohaer. After a long while, most likely a couple of Elven hours of reading through the information, she would close the book shut and briefly exhaled. “It is rather relieving to know more about the history of our people.” Uppori mumbled to herself, a smile sprawled across her face as she finished the book.
  10. Uppori Visaj stares at the words of the missive, staring longingly at it. She quickly thought: “Rainbow flower wreaths from Irrinor, and books on the Fenn ancestry... A bundle of flowers would smell a lot better than rotting beets...” however she quickly paused her thoughts within the comfort of her home. Uppori‘s face contorted into a frown for a moment as she thought about horse ****. “Oh dear Larihei.”
  11. Uppori Visaj read the missive once more, sighing deeply to herself within the confines of her room. “Hrm... I hope she is well. “ She was unsure of what to say, for all words evaded her at that moment. She placed the parchment down with a soft sigh, thinking about the future of Haelun’or and the others she grew to care about.
  12. The Sky Ball Masquerade 9th of Snow’s Maiden, 1733 [September 27th, Friday; 5PM EST] [!] The notice would be posted everywhere in the Silver State of Haelun’or, on clean silky white parchment paper. “Greetings Mali‘thill of the Silver Diarchy, The White Stag Tavern and the Visaj Talonni proudly present the Sky Ball Masquerade, which will take place inside of one of the many hubs in the city, the Tavern itself. This ball will be extraordinarily formal unlike most festivals the Silver State offers, and requests specific attire that will be addressed shortly. This ball is not only to celebrate the bonding of the Maheral and Sohaer, but also the vast improvements that has been created within these walls. Although as of late, there have been a couple of mild threats to our citizenry, hopefully this ball will ease their tense nerves. The Sky Ball Masquerade will feature a couple of novelty items that can only be procured when attending, as well as unique performances and fun activities. Festivities will be announced shortly next year, so please stay tuned. We are also hiring performers and instrumentalists if you wish to come perform, please send a letter if you wish to do so. Ahernan, and please take a look at the formal dress code. Formal Dress Code The dress code for this masquerade is as the name implies, cool hues that resemble dusk and perhaps the day time are allowed for this event. However, we ask that you do not wear warmer hues such as red, orange, and/or yellow. Please keep your attire to shades of blue, purple, pink, black, and/or white. The masquerade requires that you wear a sky or bird themed mask, you are free to be as creative as you wish for such mask. Men are asked to wear gloves and formal clothing with sapphire attachments to them, and for women they should wear bronze circlets with sapphire attachments. For more details, men may wear high boots and high collars, whereas women may wear long dresses with high collars. There will be ample time to order and sew your own clothes for the event, but you should do it soon. At the very minimum, the event will provide a basic Sky Ball set for a set amount of [100 minas]. This includes a basic mask with various colors, a circlet for women, and gloves for the men. There will be two mask variants as well, but the colors for the circlet and gloves will remain the same. Note; You will not be allowed to enter if you are not following the proper attire. This is a ‘thill only gathering and event, though you may bring along a single foreign friend if they cooperate with our laws and attire. We will also be using a sign in sheet this event to track who has arrived and departed, though this is very much for safety reasons and will not tarnish the fun anonymous event. Golems, magical creatures, and Sillumir are asked to guard the masquerade area as well if they are attempting to attend. Invitations are subject to change in the following year, as well as festivities and special distributions. We may be more flexible with the representatives and leaders of our kind lliran and allies, but please stay tuned for more information. Ahernan, maehr’sae hiylun’ehya! Sincerely, Tavern Keeper & Medi’ir, Uppori Visaj.” [!] The notice would end abruptly, with the stamp of the Visaj family located at the bottom in a sky blue hue. [OOC: We are giving you 2 weeks to go nuts creative with your outfits! Another notice will be posted soon. If you want to help me out with this event shoot me a pm @UmbreScye or on discord!]
  13. Uppori Visaj blinked for a moment, rereading the missive a couple of times before sighing. “Ah, oh dear. I have found that there were stolen pieces of literature within their library, but I had doubted we would attempt to take action...” Uppori placed the missive on her desk, pondering about the topic for a long while.
  14. Uppori Visaj stared at the missive for a fleeting moment, nodding subtly to the contents. “It is good to see ‘thill taking action in order to protect each other.” Uppori rolled up a copy of the parchment that paraphrased the situation, storing it away in her drawers.
  15. The Golem Disturbance 3rd of The Grand Harvest, 1732 [!] The letter would come with an artist rendition of the destruction of the tavern, as well as the seal of the Visaj Family. Copies would be found not only in the tavern, but all over the state. “To all the citizens of the Silver State, Lately the Silver State of Haelun’or has been occupied by a multitude of golems and their newly designated ‘thill Impera. Personally I have never had problems with such presence, until this very day. With such strong beings to help protect the people, they have unfortunately made their presence into a danger that must be addressed. Twice, have golems caused an unruly and unjustified disturbance concocted by their own complex protocols. The first instance was of a golem that was ordered to ‘jokingly’ feast upon the footwear of a ‘thill guest within the tavern. This light joke would be laughable if conducted in a humorous fashion, but it turned out to be a horrific discovery. The golem was willing to ruthlessly attempt to injure the ‘thill for a shoe. This simple order, puts the citizenry at risk. Another instance, where a golem attempted to injure a Sillumir out of wishing to ‘display the power difference’ between the two. This same golem had allowed in an unauthorized individual into the state, without properly searching the guest. Not only did it cause complete destruction of the tavern, but it had also seemed to think that it was completely justified. This attack, could have resulted in the death of our very own Sillumir. I must not forget the good they have done for the state regardless of these disruptions. After all, one of our very own golems runs a very well reputed smith. Some of the actions they cause, are also the faults of their own Impera. I urge them, as I keep them anonymous, to better train their golems to keep the citizenry safe. With this letter, I will also instate a new protocol for the tavern: Golems are now banned from the tavern if not accompanied by an Impera. The Impera will be asked to pay a fine and any repair costs if the Golem causes the destruction and/or death of a ‘thill. The White Stag tavern proposes a safe, and relaxing environment for all its guests. It will not tolerate any more disruptions done within its walls. I hope the Silver State will understand, and enforce a new safety protocol for these constructs. Ahernan for your understanding. Sincerely, Uppori Visaj.”
  16. [ ROLEPLAY ] [!] A letter with the Visaj Seal would be found in your mailbox, the wax being a calm sea green color. Upon unfolding this envelope, the letter would be written in neat handwriting on a silky white piece of parchment paper. There would be a bronze pin located inside of the letter, one in the shape of a dove. ”Dear Ryngwen Moonbrook, Karin’ayla, Ker’ayla. This letter would like to congratulate you on your acceptance into the ‘Trainee chef’ position. I would like you to begin your training by working as a waiter under my supervision, and when I see fit we will put you under the Silver Chef to work towards becoming a chef. Before your interview, please make sure to memorize our menu as you may be tested on its contents. During the interview please bring your letter of acceptance. Ahernan for applying llir. Sincerely, Uppori Visaj 10th of The Deep Cold, 1731.” [!] The letter would end with her signature, and a stamp saying: ‘ACCEPTED, please find Uppori Visaj’ [OOC] Thank you for applying, I will talk to you on discord!
  17. Ame’thilln Lenaern 8th of The Amber Cold, 1731 [!] The once dusty and old basement of the tavern, cluttered with gravel and rock slides with an abandoned smith’s room, was turned into a lavish inn for any traveler that visits the Silver State. A long letter could be found on the Silver State’s notice board: “To all ‘thill and denizens of the realm, It has come to my attention that many ‘thill and foreign visitors often come to the Silver State, but have nowhere to temporarily stay for the duration of their visit. At this moment, we had a completely unused portion of the tavern and I wished to aid those that visit. At this time, I, Uppori Visaj will not only be the Tavern Keeper, but also the Inn Keeper of the Ame’thilln Lenaern. For ‘thill, all the rooms are free for one Elven week. For foreign visitors, you are required to pay a minae fee for the rooms. We have up to nine rooms ready to be used for visitors, each costing a separate fee. The third building full of Large rooms and Suites is still under construction. If your items are still located in the room that you booked, they will be evicted or moved to the ‘Lost and Found’ immediately. Once you pay the fee and sign the inn papers, you agree to this policy. Ahernan. Sincerely, Medi’ir and Tavern Keeper, Uppori Visaj” [!] The note would end shortly, with the seal of the Visaj Family.
  18. Uppori Visaj scanned the notice carefully, giving a cordial smile to the Sillumiran who often train nearby. “It is a shame that tensions grew, though I hope things may change with time. The Sillumir are often striving to keep us safe, I hope we try to get along and be kind to one another.” She walked away slowly, tending to the Tavern once more.
  19. Uppori Visaj read the missive, a shocked expression sprawled on her face immediately upon completing the reading. UpporiVisaj shook her head slowly, her lips curling into a short frown. “Oem’ii often act as if they are adults, but they are still an oem’ii if they are younger than 50 years of age. With the long lives we have, attaining adulthood at the age of fifty is plenty of time to shake out any childlike and impure tendencies they may have.” Uppori Visaj placed the missive on her desk, exhaling deeply. “I had hoped to view their library, but it is a shame that this occurred. I hope this issue is sorted out quickly.” She nodded curtly, turning of to write a letter to some of her old friends.
  20. Uppori Visaj flipped open the book, reading its contents slowly. Uppori paused, tilting her head lightly at the contents. She slowly folded the book back in its old position, leaving it in the same place as she plucked it from. “Hm..This vague ‘ata consuming future is truly a horrific idea. I hope that we focus on maehr’sae hiylun’ehya and deliver swift justice to any ‘ata for attempting to climb our ranks.” She brushed her hands off, exhaling as she finished her thought. Uppori would slip into a seat nearby, beginning to write by lifting her quill. Her ears perked up and twitched for a moment as she seemed full of ideas from the fictional novel. “This book’s plot becoming a reality is.. rightfully incredulous to me. Though the Silver Diarchy has gotten close to this novel’s ‘ata future a couple of times in our history, I am sure the state will ward off any dangers the ‘ata toss at us.” Uppori thought completely to herself, only she could hear what she would be thinking about. However, she glanced at the ‘thill walking about and embracing the knowledge around them. She smiled contently, continuing to write in her book. “Hm.” She concluded the thoughts in her mind, blending in with the library as she wrote away.
  21. Uppori Visaj clutched onto the missive, and she visibly seemed incredibly excited. She took in a gulp, picking up her quill and quickly writing away. Uppori seemed nervous as she wrote, sighing submissively at her strewn about poetry drafts. “Ah... I hope I do well. Though there are various other poets that are exceedingly more skilled, as my talents are with writing fictional novels...” Uppori nodded slowly, continuing to write a bountiful amount of drafts.
  22. Uppori Visaj squinted at the notice, nodding in agreement. “There are many young oem’ii ‘thill that are in dire need of such education.” Uppori pasted the notice within the tavern, for others to see. She would keep a copy for herself as well.
  23. Uppori Visaj seemingly looked puzzled as she picked one of the options, checking it off calmly with a silver quill. “Why.. Would we wish to call our home lonely? It is brimming with life!” She commented carelessly, but placed her vote in anyways. Lareh’thilln (Silver Mountain) [ ] Lareh’leyu (Beautiful Mountain) [ ] Lareh’siol (Lonely Mountain) [ ] Fi’astoré (New Astoré) [X]
  24. The lore is well written, and the idea seems very well thought out and original. I very much enjoy this concept, and if they end up being accepted I would love to try playing one! I do believe early on when the CA is developing, a central base in the ocean would be pretty cool. I like the restrictions that they have, and they aren’t OP in any crazy way. Maybe if this species starts to walk around on land more, they can develop underwater sectors of currently existing Nations as well due to partnerships. I think this CA can help add more diversity if role-played as intended. Good luck bud, I think this lore piece is looking great. I would definitely want to try one of these out based on how well written the lore is. +1 - Fruu
  25. Uppori Visaj shuffled through a large pile of important documents, surveying them carefully as she began to stamp dates onto each document. After a couple of Elven hours of sorting such enormous piles, she would come across the parchment labeled ‘COMBAT LIBERALISM’. Uppori Visaj flicked it a bit, reading the contents of the article with clear concentration. She smiled faintly at the article, nodding ever so slightly. “Perhaps we should reinstate this article, as a reminder to the citizenry of what a ‘thill’s values should be.” She commented softly in her room, stamping the parchment with a mark of approval and setting it rightfully so beside the other large pile of documents by the Silver Diarchy.
