Issued and confirmed by his stalwart majesty King Edward II of Herendul, the Baron Romulus of the Barony Frostlake is deposed for failure to tend to his lands. He and his will be allowed to remain within Herendul, and he will be granted the title of Baronet for his past services. The Barony of Frostlake will return to direct control by the crown.

Issued and confirmed by his stalwart majesty King Edward II of Herendul, the Province of Valles is officiated in the southern lands as a protectorate of the Kingdom of Herendul. The Lord Johnathan Othaman is titled Lord Protector of this crown demesne, answering to the King Edward Winter II as his liege. He is granted relative freedoms of domestic affairs within Valles.
