Gwindor wakes with a start, crying out

"Good plan! Let's get to work!"

Noticing that no plans were suggested he then says

"errr.. yeah.. Umm... We need a treasurer, a librarian, and ONE PERSON at the top, not three, or four, or seventy thousand.

We will need land, supplies, and a place to stay.. I can provide the land, and place to stay."

*Eliza listens carefully and at the request of ideas she speaks up*

"I personally favor the triumvirate style of leadership. As you know three leaders share the power and responsibility equally. It's a reasonable number of people and they can each handle different sects: Bookkeeper, Treasurer, or generally whatever else is needed. Whatever individial or individuals fill the leadership roles, failure is inevitable should they not be sociable, competent, and organized."

*having discarded the thoughts of enjoying a cup of tea she falls silent again, waiting for someone else to talk*

"Personally I believe we should look back to the successes we garnered long ago, and model ourselves to a similar system. My proposition is this:

Let Force be run as a military, let Mana be run as a school, and let Shadow be run as spies, thieves, and secret keepers. Force shall recruit those who are not mages, as well as evocationists and enchanters. Shadow shall recruit illusionists, mental mages, and the like. Mana shall focus upon knowledge and magical advancement, as well as teaching. It will, of course, be everyone's duty to find delving locations as well as locate magic artifacts for study and collection."

Toby speaks up, saying nothing more than a simple "Go with what Heial is proposing."

Drake grins "Couldn't agree more, but how do we determine these positions ?"

"We could vote, do a trial of arms, intellect, or what have you. But, what say we determine what else we shall do before we decide who does what?" Toby, sitting in a chair, nonchalantly sets his feet up sideways on the table, crossing them, while balancing his stff by his side.

*Eliza nods her head in agreement with the others*

"That is the land settled, and now the system of leadership. I say that once a proper base of operations is established and any former members who may still be lingering has heard of the resurfacing of the delvers and are drawn back, a vote should be held. The candidates being those who have proved themselves through past feats."

Tharoon slowly walks into the meeting, leaning on his staff. In his left hand he clutches one of the notices that was previously sent out to the peoples of the fringe. Adjusting his hat and looking upon the group members, he smiles and begins to speak.

"Hail friends! I am no original Delver but I have come with burning interest. I have heard of the Delvers deed's in Anthos and wish to be apart of the recreation of such a group. It is good to see others willing relight a dead wick which used to shine so bright in the past..."

As he finishes he begins to move to an open seat and sits upon it, smiling wide.

(( I would like to see them back, just under better leadership and more accepting of events and other players on the server itself. ))

"So, anything else we need to discuss... ? Oh yeah, we need better uniforms, perhaps a sigil of sorts...? And maybe we should do it in new colours, debate."

A figure in a long dark green hood and cloak wanders by, dressed up edgy like for the occasion, brown skin and a darkened scar barely visible underneath. He nods his head to everyone in the area vagely.

"Drop the Arcane. Just...Delvers, this time."

*Eliza frowns at the thought of wearing a uniform should she join this group*

"Uniforms should only be required for the militaristic branch of the Delvers. If unity through apparel is a /must/ then I suggest hiring someone to forge unique necklaces or armbands."

Tharoon nod's in agreement,

" It's silly to force people to wear things if they wish not to, I would much rather have jewelry and such to present our ranks. However armor would suffice for the militaristic portion of the organization."

"I say we keep the colors, but the old jewel emblem should be put up for debate. Identifiable armbands sounds reasonable."
