Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: -  Yes, I've roleplayed in multiple MineCraft servers. Such as Book Of Halegron, SoOF, Ironfist, 2 elder scrolls server and I've done some skype rping. I have also done some facebook role play now and then and when I was 8 I used to roleplay on Roblox.

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: -  Book Of Halegron, SoOF, Ironfist, 2 elder scrolls servers skype rping and facebook rping.

How did you hear about us?: - My friend who has been rping on this server for quite some time now, has been telling me to apply and here I am. His IGN is MohawkBoi.

What do you think the server will be like? - I think the server will be entertaining. From what I can see there is a large player base which always amounts up to a bunch of roleplaying opportunities.  Also the Lore seems great, I like the idea that there is no stopping the undead and I like how you didn't just put the character Iblees there for show you actually bring him or her back for events. All and all I think this server will be one amazing experience. 

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes, I have read all the rules and I agree with them.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - The rule of no power gaming. In some of the past servers I've been in power gaming was a frequent problem which took out the fun of it. This led to the reasons why I quit this server but MohawkBoi tells me there is little to no PG on this server. So I'm looking forward to the fun!

What is roleplaying?: -  To portray the role of someone or something usually taking place in a fictional world with different creatures, different races and a whole different world.

What’s metagaming?: -  Using information gained OOC to the advantage of your own character. Or for example knowing someones name before they have told you it.

What’s powergaming?: - Ignoring any negative things that might happen to your character. Or overpowering your character to the max.

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What’s your character called?: - Ventu Windrunner, But most would call him Ventu.

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human, Northeron

What sex are they?: -  Male.

How old are they?: - 20

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): -  Ventu is one strange kid, he was born that way. He grew up on the streets of Salvus after it's reopening. Instead of taking part in the play of other children and frolicking in the sun he preferred the darkness and loneliness  He refused to talk to a child or accept any of their offers to play. He hated how they were so happy and careless and ignorant of the world around them. He hated how easily ones life cane be changed by one person and instead of valuing life, he began to value death. Sometimes when they would come to him and ask for him to come and play he would laugh and sing "Death, Death it is coming Death, Death best, start running." other then that he would remain silent and stick to not talking to them. The kid's started to fear the weird chants that Ventu would say and would steer clear of him. He didn't care he hated them all anyway. Ventu also didn't have much of a hard life, his parents were quite wealthy. They owned a tavern that was frequently visited by the salvanian people and travelers.  His father was greatly interested in the arts of sword fighting combat and would try and teach Ventu how to fight well. But Ventu was not one to rush forth and clash. He wasn't strong and he wasn't brave enough to look a man in the eye while their swords clashed and one wrong move can result in his demise. Because of this his father would claim that "He had no son."  this would cause his mother to argue with his father for hours. "Just because he isn't a murderer doesn't make him any less of a man then you are." His mother would scream. "A, murderer the way of a swordsman is an art, it's not just about killing people! There are strategies tactics and things you can use to your advantage... There is more to sword fighting then you think woman.. And I wouldn't consider him a lad, he's more of a lass in my eyes!" And the fighting would go on. He didn't care about that either, he thought the fighting was funny and entertaining. His mother loved him dearly and would stop at nothing to defend him no matter how strange he was. The only times she would scold him is when he would sit in his room and speak sentences to himself about death and it's wonders. But time goes on as it always does. Ventu at the age of 18 grew and remained the same. He became tall but skinny and still vastly unattractive.  He didn't take interest in others but, he did become more talkative he would go and tell people ways that they could die and how he would love to see it happen. His love for death grew and with that so did his love for evil. He began to change from knowing death would come to a person but wishing death to a person. He also devoted himself entirely to evil, He used to hear tales from the old men told of Iblees. He liked Iblees immensely he valued the way he tricked the first sons and he valued the way he brought an ending to two worlds. He began to worship Iblees. People would tell his parents that something was wrong with their child and one day his parents sat down to have a little talk with him.

 

        His father sat at the feasting table as well as his mother. He would sit at the other end a small wedge of cheese and some bread on a plate for him. He would begin eating hungrily when his mother would say,"Ventu?" He would continue eating and then his father would say "BLAST IT BOY! YOU /WILL/ LISTEN TO US AND YOU /WILL/ ANSWER US THERE IS A DAMNED PROBLEM WITH YOU AND WE WILL SOLVE IT RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW WHETHER WE MUST BEAT IT OUT OF YOU OR TALK IT OUT OF YOU!" At that Ventu would set the bread he was chewing on down and calmly say. "Death." His mother would nervously say "W-what." He would then repeat. "Death is no problem.. Soon it will happen to you both and it will bring joy to my heart." He would then get up and nod and say "Thank you for the meal." He would begin to exit there home as the cries of his father saying "WHAT COLLECTION!?! GET BACK HERE VENTUMIS I SWEAR ON IT I WILL BEAT YOU." You could also hear his mother crying saying "What have I done wrong?" Ventu knew what he was going to do. He was tiered of Salvus and his parents it was time for him to go and live his own life. So he left not knowing where he was going and walked, and walked then ran then walked until his feet bled and his breath came in rasps.

 

       He rested near a farm, he could hear a halfling farming and at that he would walk inside the farm and rest on the crops. "OY, BEGONE WITH YE!" The old halfling with it's high pitched and irritating voice. He ignored the halfling until it wobbled over to him and said "I WON'T REPEAT ME SELF! BEGONE LAD!". "Death." Ventu's common response would be "Iblees will bring you death." The halflings eyes would widen and then he would yell "YE IS CRAZY! DIE!" and the halfling would bring his hoe down on Ventu's arm. It would leave a large bruise and with that Ventu would hop up and exit the farm without another word gripping his arm tightly. He would sit outside the farm listening to the halfling mutter things like "Freak.." "Iblees.." "What is Anthos coming to." "Death to me?" "Death to him!" "Damn this hoe!" That sentence would be followed by the sound of an object breaking.  Night would have fallen by then and he would be resting when he would hear the yells of the halfling and be abruptly awoken. "GET OUT OF HERE! AWAY FROM ME FARM AND ME CROPS!" Tiered of this halfling an idea would pop in his head. He would walk away until he heard the slamming of the door and then he would get up and sneak over to the small cabin on the farm. With no weapon, he would slowly push open the door that had been unlocked. Foolish halfling he would think, keeping it's door unlocked was a foolish choice. The room inside would be dimly lit by a candle and the room would be small, cramped with wheat all over the place, hoes plates with meals eaten and half eaten all over the floor rags and other candles on the ground and the room would emit a putrid smell.

 

 

    There on a bed in the back of the room he would spot the halfling sleeping and mumbling things in his slumber. He would then slowly crawl over to him but then out of no where he would be standing and walking and then running until he cleared the small spot and got to the halfling. The halfling half awake and half asleep would turn and say. "Wot the fu-"  And then SMASH! Ventu's hands would be wrapped around the halflings throat and Ventu would be smashing his head into the wall SMASH! The cries of the halflings pains would ring throughout the room. Then Ventu would be yelling "DEATH!" "IBLEES USES MY HANDS TO END YOU!" "WHO IS WEAK NOW FATHER?!?!" "WHO IS THE LASS NOW!" and he would keep smashing until you could not identify the halflings face any longer. Blood would be caked all over his and Ventu's body. He would be breathing heavily and smiling, he had never been so happy, his first kill he thought this is great! But then another idea would come to him. Iblees gave him the strength to kill this halfling, Iblees gave him the oppurtunity to meet the foolish halfling, Iblees gave him a chance of some entertainment for this venture, Iblees showed him the right path to go and didn't make him waste his time on valuing good and supporting justice. Iblees had done so much for him... It was time to do something for Iblees. He would then heft the body on his shoulders and walk over to the fence where he would find a sharp spot and then smash the neck of the body on it. He would continue doing so for 5 minutes his laugh resonating throughout the night, until the body fell off and in his hands Ventu held the head of the halfling. He would then tie the hair of the halfling to his shirt and with a new-found purpose begin stealing provisions for his journey from the halflings residency. And then off he was to Abresi with newly acquired food, a knife, books and quills and his most prized possession the head of a halfling. He knew what he was going to do now, now it was time to create his collection.. His collection he would make for his only love, Iblees.

What are they like (personality)?: -  Silent, Mysterious, Awkward and Malicious.

 

What are their ambitions?: -  He aspires to have a head collection that consists of 350 heads and offer them to iblees in hope of becoming iblees' champion.

Do they have any special skills?: -  He is very stealthy but has terrible swordsman ship and no accuracy. His best chance of defeating his opponent is getting behind him. 

 

What are their weaknesses?: - Close quarter combat. Long distance combat pretty much any form of combat. 

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: -  Blonde hair and light skin. His eyes are a bright blue even though he wishes they were black. He is about 6'2 and he is very skinny  it almost looks like he is underfed which he isn't. There are bags under his eyes and his neck is dirty.

Anything else you want to say about them?: -  He is an excellent liar and is not friendly towards anyone. He is most likely going to die alone. Though he hopes to bring many down with him.

 First I would like to thank any AT member for reading this app. and I am aware that I will have to apply for VA'S in order to do the activities that Ventu takes part in and no doubt I will apply for them if I am accepted. VA's were one of the reasons I got denied in my last application even though I clearly stated I'm aware of the need of VA's. Iblees didn't actually give you anything as it's impossible for him to grant anyone any powers right now as he's all locked up in the Nether and stuff, I'll just assume you meant it metaphorically.
