I found a house near the Cloud temple that has sings of saying that people moved out... "The Edenburgh Foundation" And i wish to take it over... Does it belong to anyone, and if so can i have it?

I see you have found my old settlement, and you are allowed to take it. Either way, I do hope for you to show me a screenshot how my fallen town of Edenburgh looks like, as I didn't visit it after my character got PK'd by orcs.

There was a difference between the town of Edenburgh and the Edenburg Foundation. One's an old and abandoned town, one's a newly used disabled-person place.
