How To Sit On Stairs/chairs?

Ok, so I saw a few pics of people sitting on the stairs that are positioned to look like chairs. My question is, how did they sit on these stairs?

There isn't a plugin for it afaik

 

You can install MPM and type /sit

There used to be a plugin for it, but was removed due to people using it to access areas.

 

The only way now is using the mod More Player Models.
