As you walk the halls of Kal'Ithrun the scribblings of quill against paper can be heard. You, seeking the knowledge of dwarves follow the sound until you find yourself in a massive arched passage into a hall stacked on each side with shelves upon shelves with books. Here you find yourself overwhelming with where to begin. Down the hallway there a few elderly dwarves at work that would gladly answer any questions you have. Now, where to begin...

As you peer past the iron bars that block the way into the Remembrancer's studies, you can see three books set on three separate pedestals. Each of these books stand about half the size of a full grown dwarf on it's own. The words of the books are of the old dwarven language, written as it is tradition to do so. These volumes are kept in the chambers of the dwarven lords and are kept on a twenty-four hour guard. For a dwarf to enter writing into one of these books, said dwarf must gain the permission from a dwarven lord first.

-The Book of Grudge-

This book is kept for the sole purpose of remembrance of the ones that have wronged us so that way we may correct them and remember their dishonorable acts. Once a grudge is placed, the only way to have it removed is by the completion of the grudge. When removing a grudge from the book of grudge it is to be crossed out in a single line, that way it is still legible. Grudges can be written by anyone for any purpose big or small.

For all dwarven kin I bear this grudge. It seems appropriate that the first grudge written be one of united dwarves concerning the matter. I, Bazian Grandaxe, bear this grudge against the Teutonic Order, specifically the two dwarves known as, Dain and Brudah. The order itself has made a great enemy of the dwarves from the time Mirtok took up as it's master. Particular inquiries include; Heretical speaking in Kal'Karik, stating "I will enslave your race!", attacks against Kal'Anart during diplomatic meetings, disowning their own race as dwarves (specifically Dain and Brudah), many skirmishes between the two groups and the treachery from revealing the location of the hidden halls of Khaz'a'Zharr, to our greatest enemy the Orcs, allowing them in the sacking of it. As they have caused us with the loss of dwarven blood, so too they must have this grudge fulfilled with blood. We do not forget, and to those that renounce themselves as dwarves, be known that we will not take mercy on you. In fact, we will seek you out the most.

Grudge against Ventus ((huskyboy2k10)) for breaking a multitude of laws and insulting our Paragon and Military leader, Kjell.
Right of Speech;Independent Guilds Law;Elder Law;Other Races
Punishment: Scrubbing the armory while wearing a sheep costume.

GRUDGE DECLARATION UPON THE DAWNSWORN CLAN

"On this day, Arch-Thane Arbrek Starbreaker declares a Grudge on Clan Dawnsworn for Slander, Dishonorable Conduct, and Threatening a Clansmen. Under the ancient rites of the Clan, listed in the Great Book of Grudges, the Dawnsworn Clan has exactly one Elven Week to beat the Starbreaker Clan in the Trials of Honor, or face Clan War. This is according to the ancient and honorable traditions of the Starbreaker Clan, and is the Second Grudge listed."

~~The Trials of Honor~~
A set of Trials that place value on the three Dwarven Virtues, and prove a Clan's Honor, or lack thereof.

~The Trial of Steel~
A duel is held by two Champions picked by their respective Clan Lords. They fight with a single Iron Axe, or Hammer, and the winner is decided when their opponent is sent for healing at the Cloud Sanctuary.

~The Trial of Fire~
A duel is held by two Blacksmiths picked by their respective Clan Lords. They create a single Iron Axe, or Hammer, and the winner is decided by which Dwarf has the better Technique ((RP)), and produces the better weapon.

~The Trial of Stone~
A duel is held by two Miners picked by their respective Clan Lords. They mine with a single Iron Pick, and the winner is decided by which Miner has the most Ores.
Debt repaid with honor towards the Dawnsworn.

Grudge on Deke Valentine: Stole the sacred Dwarven Anvil
Debt repaid with death.

Thorin Grandaxe for the unlawful attack against Dun Irongut and for having affiliation with the Syndicate.

Galrim Stormhammer is to receive 50 lashes on the back for outright disrespect to elders, attempted murder of another dwarf, insulting another clan, and disrespecting the Irongut hall with spitting on it's stonework with bad intentions.

Bazian looks over the applications and posts notices in the halls of Kal'Ithrun.

As for Fimlin Grandaxe and Aldal Ireheart Storhammer you will need to be taught in the skilled art of deep Remembrance before you may become full fledged Remembrancers. If you wish to continue your studies with the Remembrancers, you must first become a pupil to one of the Remembrancers. Give time for this to happen, the first five are finding they're way.

As to Bael Tunnelsmasher. You may attend the meeting along with the other Remembrancers to secure your spot in the runnings. Be at Kal'Ithrun at the temple. [2pm Est Sat.]
