BLUH! I have arrived back from being grounded. I will attempt to answer what I can.

(also, if the new brewing system is in fact implimented, some recapies would be nice)

 

Recipes are secret, you find them through rp. They are all directly picked from the alchemical lore, and there is more than one way to make a potion.

Right! So, my question today is completely regarding the Alchemy plugin, not the lore, so much.
Is Aqua Vitae being used in the plugin currently? From what I understand Aqua Vitae is a pure base of water, made from distilling alcohol; lore-wise, anyway. Is it obtainable this way too, through the alchemy plugin, or is Aqua Vitae currently unused as to ensure that 'too powerful' potions aren't created?

For the archemy plugin, aqua vitae is not used, as the potions created are of the weak and weak-moderate variety, meaning that the potions which use aqua vitae are not implemented.

If you want a way to create just a water bottle named aqua vitae thought... I have no idea what the recipe should be...

. I would think that Aqua Vitae is not in the alchemist's domain; it needs a brewer to make it. It is essentially distilled alchohol. As for the recipe, I guess you could combine wheat and barley seeds in the crafting box and get mash, and then you can heat the mash and trap the vapor and cool it and all that fun stuff.
