* Doesn't Work To Emote For Me, Also ? Doesn't Either

1) For some reason when I try to use * to emote something it says:

 

"Cannot send chat message"

 

2) Also, the wiki says I should be able to put /? to get helpful commands, but it says:

"I'm sorry but you do not have permission to perform that command.  Please contact the server administrators if you believe that this is in error."

1. I'll wait for a tech to answer this, it may be a permissions issue or a plugin has messed up.

2. /? Hasn't worked in a while, this is due to it showing commands which the majority cannot access, instead use /roleplay and /money help (if that still works) to find out most chat, role-play and money related commands.

I am using it correctly (without a space).  I tried it with a space as well, and several other ways (with / etc.).  From the issues I am having maybe I wasn't fully implemented correctly when I was un-visitored (wandering souled) or something?  I am not sure.
