What Can We Expect From This 'magic Plugin'

I think the title says it all, but how is this plugin going to cater to the monks and how is it going to account for people who began to learn magic or subtypes that are relatively unknown. Are we going to have to stop rp'ing our magic or will we just be forced to rp it out.
