"Greetings citizens of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. Due to the success of our last Festival, we plan to have another one in one elven week from when you get this letter. We will have many competitions during the festival and will even return the popular dunk tank! We hope you will come and enjoy yourselves at this festival.
