Letters From The Orenian Court

Recommended Posts

The scribes in the royal palace of Abresi have been seen working hard during the days and months after the battle of Thoringrad.

After months of work, several couriers are seen departing the royal palace, all carrying bags of letters and long lists of names and settlements where to find these men.

The letters that the couriers are carrying are of two kinds, one kind is adressed to Orenian men that survived the battle of Thoringrad the other kind of letter is adressed to the families of those who fell, those who's life's the monks could not bring back, those whose souls were ready and sent to the seven skies.

((Letters to alive))

To thou brave man of the united anthos coalition, who willingly stood in the frontlines against our enemy the dwarves, who slew his enemies in the name of the light and all that is good.

We thank you, for your bravery in the field of battle when darkness seemed to consume thy land we stand on you stood strong, you stood with your brothers fighting the dwarven soldiers and the northern beasts, you stood in defiance of the rebels that seek to claim our kingdom for their own lust and power.

You stood by the king of Oren, by all that is holy and by every man that lew down their lives for the realm, the realm that we so valiantly protect everyday.

The royal court of Oren cannot express the gratitude that we feel, the war may not be over and will not be until the dwarves see their wrongs and the northern beasts are gone from this world.

Cast away forever.

But we know that your courage will stand strong and together, not as kings, dukes and commoners but as brothers, brothers in arms that shall fight to end this wretched heretical being that has led the dwarves astray, the being they call Setherien.

The Royal Court of Oren thanks you for you courage.

King Heinrik I. Carrion

Lord Privy Seal Farley II. Stafyr

((Letters to families of the dead))

To the family of thou brave man of the united anthos coalition who fell in the battle of Thoringrad.

We at the royal court of Oren are saddened to hear about your loss and know that our prayers are with you, we're sure that he was a good man, a man who we proudly fought with at the battlefield, a man who in the name of the light gave up his life to defend not only that, but also his family and everything that is good.

But know that he died fighting the darkness, the darkness that has consumed the dwarves and that corrupts everything it touches, the being of Setherien leading this darkness in it’s war against all that is good and holy upon this land.

His death shall not be in vain, we shall prevail and when this being falls, his death shall be avenged, dwarves may not see the light but we do, he did.

The seven skies gained many brave souls that day.

The Royal Court of Oren sends it condolences.

King Heinrik I. Carrion

Lord Privy Seal Farley II. Stafyr
