Hiring Stewards In Leanniel

A few large flyers are positioned around Leanniel, one at the tavern, another at the barracks, and more by each gate. Attached to the flyers are a few blank forms ready to be filled out.

 

~*Hiring Stewards*~

 

Leanniel is in need of two dedicated individuals to take up governmental positions. Both positions demand someone with energy and initiative. We do not want to have to tell you to do something, we want you to come up with your own ideas and act on them. (Some ideas may need to be looked over by the council members first.)

 

Steward of Housing

This job entails ensuring that everyone who requires a home in Leanniel has one. You will need to keep organized records, sell homes, evict inactive residents, and arrange for the building of new homes if necessary. You will need to be active in Leanniel, and available to anyone who needs your assistance.

 

Steward of Resources

This job needs someone who will be able to organize workers and keep track of resources. You will encourage private businesses, hire workers for the Leanniel farms and mines, work with the Gladewatches to ensure our guards are supplied, and work with the Steward of Housing to provide materials as well as builders.

Why do you think you would be suited for this job? I was in charge of jobs in darkhaven before moving to lenniel. I am very organized and able to keep people in line with jobs.

Why do you think you would be suited for this job? I was the Steward of New Ager during the reign of 4 of it's counts, and for a short time I ran it as it's mayor. Upon Ager's destruction from Ostromir Carrion - I became the Steward of Herendul.

Why do you think you would be suited for this job? --- I have led armies and guard forces during my studies in Oren and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. As the ex-commander of the neutral, Laborer's Order of the Golden Falcon, I have knowledge of paying, driving, and tending to workers. I am a meticulous, compulsive organizer and will sort my possessions down to the speck of dirt. My people skills are as honed as my finest blades; I am a natural leader.
