Edict of Flotsam

 

This edict is hereby issued and confirmed by his Royal Majesty King Heinrik I. of the Royal House Carrion, King of Oren, Duke of Renatus, Duke of Ruska, Duke of Salvus, Count of Corazon, Count of Rosemoor, Marquess of Koviran, Marquess of Kralta. Protector of mankind, Saviour of Kralta, Grand Strannik of Oren, Holder of the boyar cap and unifier of the Human Kingdoms.

 

 

Regarding the granting of land and changes to nobility

 

I. The barony of Flotsam is hereby granted to Thomas Denims, thus elevating the house of Denims to Masterly.

II. The wardbrother of King Heinrik, Thomas Denims is hereby made Baron of Flotsam and is sworn to the house of Carrion.

III. The House of Denims is hereby granted nobility within the kingdom of Oren.

IV. Jakob Akton is hereby made Maer of Flotsam.

V. The church of the True Faith is hereby granted permission to use the lands of the old cloud temple as their seat.

VI. The Barony of Sabrisky is hereby granted to Lorethos Basileus, thus elevating the house of Basileus to Masterly.

VII. The House of Basileus is hereby granted nobility within the kingdom of Oren and made into a cadet branch of House Carrion, Lorethos Basileus is granted permission by the king to assume head of the branch

VIII. Frederick Barrow is hereby officially dubbed as Frederick Royce and named “Ser” thus elevating the House of Royce to gentry.

IX. The House of Royce is hereby created and extended out as a cadet branch from the House of Carrion
