The Lion 736 Share Posted March 14, 2014 By decree of the Justiciar, on the sixteenth day of the month of The First Seed, of the year 1454, the city built on the ruins of the settlement of “New Malinor” is reaffirmed to be controlled by Conclavian hands. With this will come a set of changes to the aforementioned area. As a result of Flo’rean Kryaos disloyalty to the state, he is hereby stripped of all titles, ranks, and holdings within the Conclave of Malin. Most notably, he is removed from any leadership positions in the mentioned city. He is labeled as a Varsele, and banished from any lands or holdings of the Conclave of Malin. Any residents or ‘leaders’ of this city are hereby removed from the city, unless they are permitted to stay by the new owner. Any titles, lands, or powers given by the previous ownership are subject to be removed. Those deemed innocent of any crimes against the state are not barred from regaining them, with the approval of the new owner. The reclaimed land is hereby put under the control of Landmaster Relgard Sintel, and is to remain a loyal extension of the Conclave of Malin. The land is to be used at the discretion of the new owner, unless this discretion is objected by a superior. This land is to be defined as Dunsmuir, and holds the area making up what was once known as “New Malinor”, prior to the Conclave of Malin’s existence.
