With the peaceful standing down of the rebellious faction, the 'Psijic Circle', the castle inhabited by this group is to be annexed by the Conclave of Malin. The previous owners will be permitted to live in this castle, assuming they adhere to the following guidelines.

 

1)

Recognition of the Conclave of Malin as the castle's owner. The inhabitants of this castle will follow all Conclavian laws, and any orders of the Justicair and his sufficiently authoritative officials.

 

2)

The residents of this castle may not form any official military groups. The residents may work together to defend themselves, but may not form a hierarchical military or guard force. They, however, may request a garrison of Conclavian forces.

 

3)

Should the inhabitants of this castle attempt to revive or reestablish any violent rebellion against the Conclave, or otherwise deny the nation's authority, they will be promptly removed and the castle given to new owners, selected by the Conclave.
