It’s time to choose a new Targoth and High Shaman.  But since Tor’Lur hasn’t been seen for a long time then the position goes to Snoop’Azog. The Targoth Wulghen will be removed and Snoop’Azog will be elevated to Targoth if he chooses to accept the position.

The High Shaman Zogrocka will be removed and Malog shall be switched from Yazgartan to High Shaman if he accepts this transition.
