It should apply to anyone involved in the event, including antagonists really. I would much rather the antagonist didn't interfere in this battle as it's of very large RP significance.

I'm not particularly the most fond of the "let us do our thing without interruption" ideal, but do as you may. I don't believe any Scourge plan to intervene.

It's more of an effort to reduce the rage and bitter feelings caused by past war claims. If an antagonist does choose to involve themselves, I imagine a lot of people wouldn't be too happy about it. I don't even mind if they involve themselves in skirmishes but battles is a bit too much in my opinion. If they do come, I'd at least ask that they fight with normal weapons/without buffs.
