"Dear Faiz Khardeen, My family and I may be interested in aquiring your inn. We have a history of innkeeping, and it would be well looked after. However, expansion and discrimination are both of concern to us. Our family is extensive, and we would first and foremost request permission to expand further down into the earth to accommodate our size. The building would be tasteful and within proportion. The human race these days also has a reputation for their treatment of other races, and many of our family are elven or half elven.
