[Bug] Restart Armour

Nature of the bug: If you're downed while wearing armour and the server resets, you are stuck in armour movement speed and vision.

First occurrence: 7/21/14

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: I engaged in PvP with a group of raiders. They downed me and were about to execute me when the server reset. As soon as I began to sprint at CT, my speed dropped to armour movement, along with having the same vision from it.

 What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally: None.
 

Frequency of occurrence: It's been constant since I first discovered it.

I don't see how you came up with that conclusion. You still die if you're downed and the server restarts.

Usually people will revive downed people before slaughtering them. Just seemed like you were being a chosenrace lol.

When you are downed and the server resets, the server treats it as a death except you lose everything on you and no one gets the items. Also, let's be honest here, who doesn't start to sprint jump home after dying? We all do it, haha.
