DICTATE FROM THE OBSIDIAN THRONE, 1465

Published and enacted at the will of Grand King Midgor Ireheart

SCRIBE-ARMIGER

 

PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE GRAND KING, as duly enacted and detailed in Article II, Section 3, Point 10 of the Revised Articles of Urguan, Midgor Ireheart does hereby proclaim and inaugurate Kyrk Starbreaker, Penman of the Revised Articles, to the office of Scribe-Armiger as a Courtier to the Obsidian Throne, to serve as scribe to the Grand King of Urguan and his government, and in any other capacity for the good of the dwarven people.

 

THIS OFFICE, be it royally ordained, is hereby directed to govern and maintain a system measuring the prestiges of each clan, and to ensure that clans receive honors befitting their relative stati.

 

FURTHERMORE, in order to aid in the fulfillment of his duties to the Obsidian Throne and pursuant to the delegative authority of the Grand King as previously cited, the holder of the office of Scribe-Armiger is entrusted with royal authorities as detailed in Article II, Section 3, Points 7 and 9

GRAND MERCHANT

 

PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE GRAND KING, as duly enacted and detailed in Article II, Section 3, Point 10 of the Revised Articles of Urguan, Midgor Ireheart does hereby proclaim and inaugurate Thoak Goldhand, Reviver of the Dwarven economy, to the office of Grand Merchant as a Courtier to the Obsidian Throne, to serve as economic advisor to the Grand King of Urguan and his government, and in any other capacity for the good of the dwarven people.

 

THIS OFFICE, be it royally ordained, is hereby directed to govern and maintain the finances and economic policy of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and enforce all laws relevant to his realm of authority.

 

FURTHERMORE, in order to aid in the fulfillment of his duties to the Obsidian Throne and pursuant to the delegative authority of the Grand King as previously cited, the holder of the office of Grand Merchant is entrusted with royal authorities as detailed in Article II, Section 3, Points 4 and 7
