Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?:

Yes, on cookiecraft (minecraft beta server) and  some other servers but they were never really meant for roleplaying. I've never played on an RP-only server before though. But I'm eager to get started here.

No, I haven't.

 

How did you hear about us?: 

My cousin told me about LOTC. His name is chriske or something like that. He told me I should apply because I'd be very suitable for the server.

 

What do you think the server will be like? I think/hope it'll be a server where I can truly be an asset to the community and play my character the best I can. I hope I can get to know new people and make friends. I'd really like to meet all the wonderful people of Anthos. I think it's medieval-themed and i hope it is a positive, friendly RP community.

 

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: 

Yes I think they're reasonable and logical.

 

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: 

When you set your Minecraft skin, make sure it suits your character and race - don't have something totally irrelevant, or non-roleplay. Please, also don't use a nude skin!

We don't allow 'cybering', paedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, or anything akin to that - if you're not sure whether what you're doing is allowed - your best bet is: to not do it!

 

I couldn't really decide which one to chose because I've seen some pretty horrible skins and I hate people who 'cyber' --'.

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: To live the life  of a person you pretend to be. To always play your character in the way you usually play it and try not to break character. To pretend to be someone.

 

What’s metagaming?: Using knowledge you have from outside of the game while you're roleplaying. Using player-known information that is said to be unknown / shouldn't be known by the in-game character.

 

What’s powergaming?: Trying to give or using god-like abilities when playing your character so that you are always more powerful than someone else.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Michail, the burnt Northerner. 

Michail was born in the ruins of the castle of Winterfell because his parents were outcasts, his father was a bookkeeper but he was accused of stealing and he, his wife and their newborn baby had to flee the town. Michail is a stranger to some basic ideas such as 'sharing' 'monogamy' or 'kings' because he was raised in the forests and these ideas were never explained to him. He is referred to as 'The Burnt' and he helps out with basically everything you ask him to. He is a loyal man, a man of honor, but he respects only those  who were able to defeat him in a fair fight. He grew up with his parents, partially with both mother and father, later with only his father by his side. Until he got lost in the forest while hunting; for seven years, he lived off the land, eating what he could catch and drinking water from the creeks in the forests.

He was burnt in an ambush whilst looking for flowers in the woods with his mother at the age of 15, by something he refers to as a savage (an undead?)  but he likes to keep quiet about it because he is afraid of being called a 'mad man' like his father would always say when he told him what he saw... They attacked him and his mother. She didn't make it. They left him for dead, burnt and bleeding he laid there until his father found him. They shouldn't have done that, because ever since then he trained with his sword. He was able to trace and kill the attackers at the age of 18.

Unlike most Northerners he hates the feeling of wool on his bare skin and he prefers the feeling of leather. He wears a leather armor when he's outside and he wears his leather clothes when he's inside. The clothes he wears are dirty and torn but he has no intention to get new ones, they still cover him up, don't they? He is a joker and only drinks Ale. He enjoys the company of his pet Pig, he calls it 'Vark' and he keeps it in his garden. Michail will never give up on his pig. Ever.

He seeks the warm and friendly people he was once used to. However, he can come over as rude and blunt to someone who is not used to the hard North.

Michail lives in Oren, but he  travels a lot. He can't seem to find peace with himself at any given time or place.

He hates new inventions and sticks  with what he knows. He fights best with his sword but he is a fairly good archer as well.

He has an extreme hatred toward any type of elve because he thinks they think too high of themselves.

Michail is bad at making fires and he is afraid of it, he can't really craft anything other than tools made out of wood and stone and he is really bad at horse riding. He is also usually drunk and he is not so hygienic.  Michail enjoys the company of women but he has no sons or daughters. He is very social and kind but he is not so intelligent nor wise. 

 

Ambitions: He wants to help out as much as he can, he helps everybody for a price. But he'd really like to open up a tavern once he gets the opportunity.

Give us a description of how they look?: Michail is a blonde man, he has a third degree burn on his face, arm and hips and upper parts of the legs. He has a beard and he is about 1M75 tall. He wears worn-out leather clothes with holes and he is muscular but pretty skinny.
