The Vizima Act

 

 

 

The questionable nature of nonhumans and their inhabitance in the Imperium Tertius has reached a point of action. Reaffirming the laws of the Church and State, the Vizima Act hereby declares the following laws to be in immediate effect:

 

1. No legal Human may marry, have extramarital relations, or breed with a nonhuman. Any offenders of this law will be crucified and any offspring resulting from the union will also be disposed of. Any current marriage between a Human and nonhuman is hereby annulled, its offspring declared as bastards.
2. All nonhumans, whilst living in any settlement of the Imperium Tertius, must be restricted to specific Nonhuman Districts.
3. Reaffirming the law of citizenship – all nonhumans are not considered citizens within the Imperium Tertius, and are not afforded the same rights and privileges as an Imperial citizen.
4. Any elf that wishes to hold a civil office or other service to the Imperium Tertius must clip the points of their ears.
5. Orcs and goblins are not permitted in any settlement of the Imperium Tertius. The beasts are uncivilized and inherently violent, and their nature will endanger the good citizens of our Empire.
6. Any nonhuman that does not have a natural hair color – brown, black, blonde, grey or white – will be classified as a Monster and be at the full discretion of the Imperium’s Monster hunting laws.
7. Any nonhuman that speaks any language other than High Common, Low Common, Kaedreni or Ruskan will be classified as a Deviarus and be subject to the laws of Imperial Deviancy ((Link)).
8. Any elf that identifies itself as a snow elf will be crucified immediately.
