Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: - Playing a Character, acting and choosing decisions based on what that person would do.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Abusing information found out of character e.g. calling someone by their character name when you have never met them 

 

What’s powergaming?: - Being self-centered, over powered and making others below you

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): -  Born In  Anthos and raised with his 2 year older brother, before Harbingers Came and slaughtered his Family, his brother took him up to The Dwarves Capital and there they learnt to work in hard labor, for little pay, there he was raised with his brother, drinking from the Tavern, and Scurrying around the large Halls, it wasn't long before the Destruction came and they were forced to move to the Fringe,  there they Lost their money, living on the streets was perilous, and death occurred all around them,  nearly dieing themselves a few times! They moved onto Thales, where they took refuge in the Foresters Lodge,  there they took a small criminal path, but found the consequences bad, being shunned, and getting little money, they were forced onto the streets, in the freezing cold, almost dead, they scurried aboard a ship,  and hid until Gaz had gone, and when they awoke they were in Athera, time to start a new life they thought.

 

What are they like? (personality): -  A light hearted fellow, always making a joke, strong burly man from working with his Brother.

 

What are their ambitions?: - To become a Noble, someone  Noticed

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - A Skilled Ranger, with great accuracy, but when things to do with his parents come up, he loses his temper, and becomes quite un-controllable
