Introduction

Good evening folks and welcome to my 4.0 Raevir overview reports, now as you all know as of late I haven’t been entirely active or supporting in that matter, and the only reason i’m pretty much returning to the IC scene is to preserve that which I helped build.

Now our town of Siegrad (named after Siegmund Carrion) is still in heavy development, and at the time being still looks pretty… average. As you all know, Vekaro looked the same, but with a bit of coordination at hand, I was able to change the situation and bring a dying town back to its feet. So, lets start.

Vacant Town Staff?

Thats right folks, due to my inactivity I have found it some what difficult to keep track of who we have currently, and over the next few days i’ll be evaluating who the town can benefit having, recently its been our little minions who’ve taken up residence and immediantly built, though I am intending to have our future stewards, maer come up with spectacular.

New structure of the town

Within the upcoming weeks I intend to focus on building more roleplay related buildings rather than military, military, military. Which means building our keep may take some time, after all, a town full of roleplay is better than a town without any.

Intended buildings to come…

- Fishing Docks

- Butchers

- Windmill

- Town Hall

- Tavern

- Lumberjacks post

- Quarry

- Blacksmith’s workshop

- Tanning shop

-Stone Mason’s shop

The mentioned above buildings are what I am hoping to achieve, but by Sunday I also intend to have a few more buildings added to the list, after all. One man can’t make a successful town, he has to look to his people to help make it successful.

Town Housing

For the mean time within Siegrad, we have decided the best course of action in these early days would be to offer housing for free, provided the member is a full citizen of our region and active, this is to promote our race and get more people involved in it, rather than deeming literally everybody who is Raev a dirty PvPing troll. (Remind you of someone?)

Gradually, as the town grows and gathers a more steady RP hub, we will start adding “rent” costs to our housing, that way the member that owns the house does not fully own it, and in the event of unexplained absence we can simply take the house back. This stops…

A) People using the house a mere storage

B) People buying a house then just leaving it for one of their many other houses in LOTC

C) Stops people from getting upset once they’ve been evicted.

Once again we will work from the tax paper system, a new video and information will be posted at a later date, simple explained we will work from the three strike warning system…

Fail to pay taxes on the first week? You can simply pay it with the following weeks tax.

Fail to pay taxes on the second week? You will receive a verbal warning, and be told to pay the full months tax.

Fail to pay on the third week? You will be evicted and your items will be taken.

There are other reasons to get you evicted, but I won’t go into detail just yet.

I really wish the rest of Oren had the same mindset as you. I like RPing in this nation but the military:civilian ratio is absurdly off balance.

Lev Spade, descendant of the Witcher of the Raev Jack Spade, trudges over to Siegrad in the snow, hoping to find his father's old friend's descendants.
